Current most played rank 1 reserve in arcade is German, even so its one of the worst rserves. Its direct implication that newbies choose Germany more often.
In the RB the reserves shuffle, the most played is USSRs BT-5, but the difference is 5k played games, not 150k.

Tho judging by the premium packs, your POW also has some logic under it. But judging by premiums has some validation disadvantage as premium battles differ very much every month, depending on which country got anything new or which premium is newer.
their winrate wasnt consistent whatsoever. October 2025 is when their winrate got even lower than nowaday`s and there were no patches that somehow made their tanks worse. Still they manage to drop or raise it once several month, and it may or may not be connected to other tree’s mains playing germany to get something new that got added and leaving after.

That might be true but in the entirety of 2025 and 2026 so far Germany has not been once the most played premium. Its always russia by or the US in 2 or so months. In January 2026 half of the 10 most played premiums were russian for example

I meant general amount of newbies. They are spread througout the BRs tho as there are many machines newbies want to touch. But yes, the last year Germany is not the main newbie nation. WHich only leads to quersioning if they play so bad because dont learn throughtout the tree, or their techs is bad.
The topSPAA in Israel is worse, but Israel has a 50% win rate. The SPAA in the USA and Sweden is similar. The USA has more novice players, but its win rate is higher.

There is not one bit of actual evidence for that and there is also no logical explanation for why specifically Germany players would be more resistant to learning than others besides confirmation bias. There are plenty of explanations why german mid tier performs so atrocious but by top tier Germany is not played nearly the same amount as it is in the Tiger BRs.
There is exactly one month. In July 2025 the Leopard 2A4M was the second most played premium but with a full MILLION less games than the first placed T80. So Sorry but there is absolutely 0 evidence that German top tier is more populated by newbies than the other majors, in fact just going by the numbers russia should be absolutely stacked with wallet warriors at this point.
IMHO, last ~2-3 years the main newbie nation is USSR.

Japan is fun from Rank I to Rank VIII only strugling at rank III with the tiny lineups.
Italy is fun from Rank I to Rank VII.
France is fun from Rank IV to Rank VIII, although your tanks have no stabilizers and armour thinner then paper.
China is very fun as well, grinded to top tier without premiums. Hopefully they receive more love in the future - China is a good investment knowing what they can get!

Yes But this is where the problem lies. Only the Leopard 2A7 is not worse than the M1A2 or the T80BVM. If you have played Merkava 4, Type 10, or 99A, you will find that these vehicles are not worse than the other Leopard 2s. The Leopard 2 was indeed powerful in the past, but the reason was the lack of the German and Swedish air force systems. Now their air forces are not much stronger, but the Leopard 2 has already been weakened four times.
