If the guy asks what the best top tier tech tree is and pins it ground, realistic then factoring in all aspects of ground realistic is only logical. Otherwise you’d just ask what tree has the best tanks.

“It’s just known” is a logical fallacy and not even true. Hasn’t been for a long time. Yes a lot of new people start out with the big three. But they don’t necessarily stick with them nor do they jump into top tier. And they don’t focus on Germany. Player numbers alone shows that isn’t true.
Further, the numbers of players across the board is so high, that if nations were genuinely balanced you’d have win rates average out across the board. Solely due to sheer number of battles played and pure player numbers.
This is NOT the case, not at all. Showing that the skill floor and how forgiving stuff is, as well as the quality of vehicles and line ups very much differ. It’s why some nations do AWESOME at some BRs, and then absolutely crater at others.
Looking at Britain they literally have a 20-25% win rate difference between fairly close BRs. Following your logic the same people suddenly play much worse. Then get great again.
Hell, Germany until the recent nerfs to Leo 2s, the decompression, the buff to T-Series reloads and most importantly DIRCM helis hard countering their SPAA had 55%+ win rates at top tier. After these changes it dropped to 41%~. While Russia who gained LMURs and DIRCM Helicopters soared by 10%+ win rates.
Pretending it’s “due to player skill” at this point is patently absurd.

because thats how it is. They have 2a7, 2a6 and PSO yet their winrate now is lower than Italy. Do you propose that Italy with 1 2a7 and ariette is better than germany with PSO, 2a6 and 2a7?
Those winrates are highly irrelevant in terms of tank stats mostly.

Except the sudden performance drop is due to line ups, balance issues, and what they face. Not because the same people suddenly become much better or much worse.

You ignore that their CAS is absolute trash while they face insanely good CAS they can barely touch. With DIRCM Helis just hard countering their best SPAA in WT. Which lead to a huge decrease of win rates over the last half a year or so. “Nooo, the people suddenly became much worse! Because that supports my prejudice!”.

Germans always played bad. Most newbies grind germany as think itll be greatest and end up playing bad. That was for 10 years alredy, that will never change. Despite having best tanks througout the BRs they play teh bad. IS-2 got 6.3-ed because germans play bad, King Tiger never went up because germans play bad, Panzer IVs got lowered from 4.7 because germans play bad. And they cry that 2a6-2a7 are bad.Thats facts.

For Arcade we actually SEE the normalization of win rates you tend to see. “Look I found a bad player!” isn’t an argument. Yes you did, nobody said they don’t exist. You can find an example of that everywhere. The importance is the bulk of players and averaged out win rates not singular people.

Italy literally has the best Leopard 2 currently in game. The Leopard 2AHU. The Aster 30 can actually hit DIRCM helis via hard lock.
But the author asked specifically about grounds. So any “nah sweden isnt best because Kh38” is irrelevant - he wont grind air to use it. More than that, as i already showed, he only plays arcade.

Whilist its true, Italy still shows the better stats than Germany even in arcade, and its up to 5% difference that is pretty much considering main three nations have ~1% of difference.

STRV122 would be better if you ask me, as it has better protection. But - okay then, does that mean the Italian grounds is better? Doubt it. Lineup wise Italy is much worse.

Yeah he asks for a tier list of ground top tier nations. Together with the realistic tag you’ll get a list that covers all aspects of ground realistic. Not that much of a surprise. If he wants a tank based list then he should ask for that or put on the right tags, you can’t expect everyone to check the dudes stats before answering.
Because there are 2 other majors you can compare Germany to? And you can still compare winrate changes from month to month? You just can’t compare 2 tech trees where one has 10 times the playrate of the other

Even if it was for GRB, if he never uses the aircrafts those terms are simply unjust. You say USSR is better as it has Kh38s, but the guy never will use them so you just misled him to grinding one of the worst top tier tanks. As example. You don’t. Some minors don’t have enough playdate to really influence the winrates but majors do.
If you go by the tags then you could say something similar. „You say Germany is the best but you’ve just led him to grinding a tree that gets obliterated by CAS in top tier.“

Well i didnt even notice tags. But i judged from that he never said anything about CAS and only answered about grounds. So thats how i made my decision. And then later i got surprised he only plays arcade, but that made alot of sense to me.
