Given how it performs so good, specially with the HESH T152, at the bare minimum battle rating 8.7, but there will be people saying that it’s way too much, it doesn’t have laser rangefinder (it has coincidence rangefinder) and no stabilization, a good chunk of french vehicles is at battle rating 8.7, which those aren’t bad vehicles at all, performs decently, but T58 is far out the window at this point, as @racimazzedine mentioned, it’s something we have to live with. Hopefully we have senseful enough persons to bring up this issue with some premium vehicles while others are targetted (fairly) at the most, in my opinion, if T58 don’t get moved up in battle rating, this is a good indication of double standard in the community’s end, despite Gaijin knowing fully how T58 is performing, the comparison between the amount of Terminator threads and its battle rating is massive when comparing to T58’s.

See this previous thread, as I’ve mentioned before there will be excuses:

prob whenever they drop the planned br changes, the MBPT got moved up early cause its was a larger issue for more people.

Ok so look, the T58 is good, sure. But it is NOT comparable to the BMPT situation. Look at the win rates below. Even though the K/S & K/D are somewhat similar, there is absolutely no comparison to the K/D especially at such high BR’s:

TT BMPT is 10% HIGHER WIN RATE than the T58. Absolutely insane.

EDIT: I’m not saying it should NOT go up, but it really isn’t “that bad” as compared to other previous and current comparisons. Furthermore, I really do not have an extremely hard time killing T58’s unlike the BMPT’s.

It’s armour already covered the disadvantage of lack of laser rangefinder, at current BR is almost impossible to kill it frontally especially when it only show it turret, solid round can’t pen while the HEAT is bugged and do no post-pen damage

You underestimate the player count at ~8.3 in comparison to ~10.3, especially if you only compare nations that go against these vehicles.
