Mirage F1C wasn’t good before Magic II because of factors unrelated to the IR missile performance lol, I addressed that before too and you didn’t read the points I made.
France has more aircraft than the Mirage F1 too, and the F1CT should retain those missiles as it has the improvements to actually stand up to 12.0 BR aircraft better. France is hardly “unplayable” without Magic II.
Kfir Gderot and J35XS were outliers in terms of performance due to gaijin’s refusal to fix a long standing bug with rocket base damage and shouldn’t be taken as the precedent.
I’ll take into consideration about your whole “missiles not being put in properly” point, but that is because I was not playing jets at the time when the Mirage was gifted Magic 2s
I understand there is more planes than just the Mirage F1C (and the tech tree version). I am saying the premium and tech tree version should keep them, there is no reason to remove them. It is overtired supposedly, not because of the missiles, but because Gaijin hates minor nations. Or did you forget about the update today where they forced Britain, France, and Israel up in BRs while leaving Germany and America alone? I mean, hey, the Jaguar should face Pantsirs because reasons?
Off topic, I know, but I believe you and I both know that getting rid of the Magic 2s will be a very bad idea. That is quite literally the only good missile that we get, and the fact you want it to be removed so we MIGHT get a lower BR is very naïve of you. Gaijin has the ability to move it to 11.7 (it is already 11.7 in Sim), but they will not. Not because of some bollocks boundary, but because they refuse to.
Also, that is the precedent that Gaijin has gone on. I am truly sorry that you honestly believe that Gaijin made a mistake, and it was not their intention to move the J35XS and the Kfir Canard up to 11.7 because of a harmless bug. Do you want me to start listing off every single minor nation vehicle that is so clearly overtiered that Gaijin still has not moved down? Or shall I start with the BR update that they just launch? My argument is simple: leave the Mirage as it is, and bring it down to 11.7, simple as that. No need to remove anything, just bring it down to 11.7, otherwise it is just fine where it is at 12.0, with zero removal of anything. Do NOT touch it, either bring it down to 11.7, or leave it at 12.0, I do not want that plane to be touched beyond that.
The entire 11.0-13.0 bracket suffers the same problem and the MLD isn’t the worst case of it. It has better flight performance than the F1C and it’s 2 good missiles are also extremely potent much like how the F-1C is. You can say Magic 2’s are annoying but the R-24R’s are also very powerful and magic 2’s can be preflared or otherwise countered by players who know what they are doing, much like how R-24R’s can be countered.
