What Is "Your" Go To Plane? When You Just Want to Relax

Ar 234 B-2. No guns, just speed and bombs. Great for Ground RB, and at 6.3 I can just about run from anyone!

I even have a few air kills in it!

JA37C I guess. Other than long range/strategic bomber like B-17/TU-4 and the likes.

A few months ago it would probably have been the XP-55 or F8U, but now I’d say probably the ITP

Youre Welcome

I have never flown any Mig 23 except for the prem version, its very good. It was my first “uptier” plane two years ago. How are the Mig 23s faring nowadays? I think a Mig 23 teaches you a lot, used to anyway. Radar modes, swept wings…etc.

If I “just want to relax” playing Warthunder doesn’t even come to mind.

But…

The most relaxing plane to play is the wyvern.

As long as you don’t overstretch yourself, you can have control over any fight, and you can often win games without team by tickets

This year Im going to get a joystick and learn how to fly Sim, it looks like so much fun. I practice for it on test flights, now that the test fields are good… Im looking forward to it. I think Im ready for it.

The Su27 has received the boost it deserved.

It’s BF-109, ME only designed it. They didn’t produce it as the ones who did and its variant was Bayerische Flugzeugwerke.

Why do you name yourself Josephs Piano? I can think of a lot of things, I play lead jazz guitar in a Latin band?

I got it from Saburo Sakai, the great Japanese Ace…You know how some planes with a great turn time are,…
The Zero turns in the Vertical, not in the Horizontal…Use the elevator my friend, and the the throttle, a slow plane turns faster.
Its like a Mig 15, …everything happens horizontally, Im destroying everything that engages me personally tonight and today.
He talks about that maneuver,… and WarThunder has modeled that pretty well.

I used to be Stalin’s Organ as a holdover from a different game long ago, but they wouldn’t let me be that, so…

You will see that, the first thing I look for on a “test flight”…I will go and attack those vehicles sitting there in a formation.
Some of these planes with a good turn time, like the Zero for instance.
The Zero and the Mig 15 turn in the vertical say for instance, they don’t turn in the horizontal, they turn in a vertical method…3D
Bro, you let off the throttle and slow down for a tight turn, nothing can touch you in that thing.
I learned about the throttle in Sabres,…if you slow down that throttle, and I had to screw with the sensitivity in control options…in a turn fight you will be f(((**&& them up even more than you are now.

I like the Zero but the J2M2 is my baby. It has great engine power/climb rate which makes it a menace paired with its already great maneuverability and low stall speed. The only weakness you gotta worry about is people running away or BnZ but you’re already familiar with that. You’re equipped with the right tools to deal with any plane under 5.7 and have the capital to keep up for a little bit against all of the “balanced” 5.7 planes. Since you like the Zero I think you’d like it too. (It’s the 5.0 one).

If you wanna turn your brain off and have some money to blow, the Ariete is kind of like the Zero of 9.3 too.

i want to get into vr but man that stuff hearts my head

This sort of depends.

If I want to play something that just “works”, the F4E has been doing that recently.

For something that is easy, the a10c.

A very fun thing to do in ground rb is to take out anything with the R27ET and camp the air spawn.

No, I use Me-109 for simplicity since both were used interchangeably, the other reason I use Me is that those 109s were designed after the switch. You still know what I’m referring to.

Really? When did you try last time and what system?

My first tries 4, 5 years ago (don’t even know what system) was also headachy, but since the Meta Quest 2 it’s been very comfortable for me…
