What does meta work on?

My go to plane is probably the premium Mustang in the british tree, 3.7 is a chill BR where it’s usually a mixbag of newcomers and vets, plus the premium status makes it a SL printer. So its quite refreshing.

VG33C1, for some reason I really enjoy playing it at 4.0 despite it being 3.0… It just feels nice, good balance between speed, maneuverability, armament and sturdiness. It’s a wonder how well it can perform in dogfights, not overpowered but you rarely see your wings or tail leaving you for no reason

Yeah, the Yak 23 is like a jet zero, they just increased its climb rate to 40 and it has a 19.5 turn time,…but a bit slow and no countermeasures. But aim9bs are what it is facing.
Thank You

You know you have a nice plane when it can perform in an uptier, my LaFN is like that too.

I love the A2D myself. Jets always underestimate you because they only ever see it bombing and it has some insane engine power.

Mine is F-4J. Even fully spaded and unlocked AIM-7F, I really like to fly it with AIM-7E2s often.

I understand what you’re referring to, but that doesn’t mean it’s correct. BF was the manufacturer. ME was not. Cause if we went by that logic then the N6K should be. Since Nakajima helped contribute to designing the A6M

Everyone I’ve met calls it Me, and everything after the Emil series I’ve always called Me due to the vast differences since the prototype/B models and the rest designed by Bf. I KNOW its wrong I just dont care

Ariete :)
Its a very fun lil smol jet that outdogfights everything it sees, + the guns are super nice to use.

The Bf 109 was designed/developed by Messerschmitt, so its not far off.

operationally, it was called the me-109 due to something with its designer and them not wanting to use his name under the designation I think, so it was called the me-109 until after the war

Yeah, and those people are the average common Joe and Jane. Who doesn’t care much about history. Although most sadly don’t. Which is unfortunate.

It was designed, not developed. However, the one who made it exist was BF. The ones who did most of the work are the ones who are credited. Designers aren’t. They get credit for their creation on paper. But the company that is tasked with making it a reality is the one who gets most of the credit. Every country does this.

The only ones I’ve seen who for some ungodly reason don’t is the UK. Specifically England.

Yes, thats completely true…dude Ive went to attack an A2D and the turning power of that prop allows it to do some very nice things.

I have one plane in the Italian tree…Ive been playing since Beta and so I have most everything in the “first five” countries,.
I recently “bought” the Gruppo…, Im looking forward to flying the Ariete, it seems like a very nice plane.
I make do with the Sabre and Yak 23 now at that BR.

I have been the Post Historian at my last two VFW posts…yes youre right, good observation mate.
LOL, everytime I see a BMW on the highway I think of Me109s
