Yesterday, I played ASB and can say that the missiles really work better now. I’m also glad that the developer responded to the report about poor visibility of contacts (though some issues still remain). Honestly, we had already lost hope, considering how little attention the developer has paid to ASB mode over the past few years. Now, the only thing left to fix is the TWS mode—on many aircraft, it now steers the radar beam up or down instead of tracking the enemy plane. I filed a bug report in Russian, but I’m not sure if it will be taken into consideration, so I’d appreciate it if someone from the English-speaking community could recreate the bug report in English.

Day 9 of update. Still running into on launch bugs and new things that has been broken, not to mention old base mechanics still not fixed.
Almost like dev server was never open.

Huh? Radar is working perfectly fine except locking random things instead of enemy right in front of you which other planes also suffer from same issue.

I’ve bought Mirage F1C-200 to grind France. Magic 2 missiles still don’t work as intended.

Not as bad as I’ve experienced with it. At least for planes at that br. I’ve had acm grab planes at the very edge of my screen and once it grabbed a plane I had a tws lock. E2K, gripen, ja37di and other planes I have near 13.0 don’t act like it. I will also add some people seem to have it wig out while others haven’t. Just like how the missile bug made the game unplayable for some effected maybe 1 out of every 10 missiles I launched.

Hey @Smin1080p_WT could we please get an update on what is going on with the CS/SA5?

it is very clearly still a WIP
Considering the FB-10A missile does not have a model yet.

The tracking radar has been given 8DL channels and the ability to guide missiles


Yet the missiles themselves do not have this capability.

The missile is incapable of reaching its advertised launch range, it will fall out of the sky long before that.

@Smin1080p_WT hey come on you guys can’t just leave Chinese equipment in this state. Are you guys going to fix the CS/SA5 or not? Also can we get the progress on the spall liners on Chinese tanks which was accepted over a year ago

That’s largely the issue.
you’ve decided to add an system with practically 0 information available to the public, and you expect us to pull OEM manuals to report things.

The DEV’s themselves clearly don’t know what mode of guidance the FB-10A uses as they gave the tracking radar both datalink and SACLOS guidance capabilities but haven’t added the option to the missile itself



this has been reported multiple times but has gotten denied every time for “guesswork” and “it makes no sense”

And one even said IR stare image guidance

Even tho it’s pretty clear it’s a translation thing,

The missile uses a FPA(focal plane array) sensor commonly referred to a “staring array” same type of seeker used for example on the AIM-9X

I have one question, is it normal that in battle my team doesn’t have a single vehicle higher than 9.3, absolutely everything is at 9.3, while the battle BR is 10.3, and the opponents have top vehicles, both 10.3 and 10.0 and 9.7, what the hell is this?

Could you share a replay link so we could take a look? Much easier than descriptions, or even screenshots. With the replay we can see everything 👍

Can someone explain why radiators and other cardboard have become so good at stopping the cumulative jet??? These BMPs are even damaged by the explosion of this projectile on the armor.
But if it hits me, it hits me through the track and the roller, and when I hit, it’s just “hits”…

Since the major update, the NA Naval servers feel like they are falling apart

WELL, so I watched through your replay, and stopped about every minute or so, and did NOT see anyone spawn into anything higher than a 9.3 BR vehicle on your team. HOWEVER, there were at least 4 players on your team who left after one death, so I suppose it is possible that they had higher BR tanks (up to 10.3) in their lineups but just didn’t spawn in them first, and just left before spawning anything in higher than 9.3 BR.

I did see that all 4 of the max BR players on the opposing team spawned in 10.3 BR vehicles at the start of the match. I am not sure if I can check what the rest of your team’s lineup consisted of, so I cannot be 100% sure that it was a bug, or if you just got very unlucky with those teammates.

But, even ignoring the 4x one death quitters, I didn’t see any 9.7 BR’s, and for sure not a single 10.0 BR vehicle spawned on your team. Highly suspicious, I agree.

@Stona_WT would anyone be able to dig further and check to see if in fact anyone on @Хединг 's team had any vehicles in their lineups above a 9.3 BR? Because if not, then this is a bug. Also fwiw, there is another thread where another player claimed they had a similar issue this week (also in Ground Realistic Battles). However, I was not able to find any evidence in the replays they shared (looked like they just got uptiered multiple times in a row.) They might have not shared the correct replays, but now that I have seen two reports of possible major BR issues/imbalances between teams, I am a bit concerned. Thank you.

EDIT: If anyone else knows if it is possible for non GMs/Mods/Mangers/Devs to check a player’s full lineup in GRB, please let me know. I would also appreciate a second opinion on that replay to double check that I didn’t miss any vehicles spawned on @Хединг 's team above 9.3 BR.

but it is not guaranteed that your team MUST have 4 or any 10.3 players, it is only insured for you not to face more than 4 on the opposite side. I’ve seen this rarely in naval, and technically it is not against the rules (thus not a bug), just shitty matchmaker as it is

These cases… shouldn’t exist imo
I think top BR should be guaranteed for your team as well, atleast a few.
But this particular match, not even a single 9.7, that’s wild

He might’ve got people that unknowingly had higher BR vehicles in their lineups or had something they couldn’t spawn immediately, like aircraft.
