Congrats man. You don’t understand that the guy doesn’t want to play anything else but SIM.
It’s not that you can’t rank the crews fast.
It’s you have to do it ^this ^ way and you know something?
Why even support having to level crews. It adds NOTHING other than RNG and RPG-ish feeling elements.
I mean, i don’t care teh reason, it’s bad mechanic…
I can level them in 2 days , still bad mechanic and it won’t change .
It’s one of the elements that makes the game worse than it could be and the reason is only if they “fish” someone to pay.
It’s not you can’t grind them …It’s as a mechanic is bad and shouldn’t be there in the first place.
I can read, you know. This thread isn’t by him nor for him and I wasn’t addressing him.
I just display facts.
Because they gain experience in reality too?
what experience is there to gain when i already have 5k hours in game and are about to start playing israel ground?
this whole mechanic is there to punish newer players and have them start on unfair terms?
There are multiple tech tree Yak 3s.
XP-55 is on par with many of its own BR’d vehicles.
P-51D-10 is a higher BR than the D-20s.
Tiger 1s all have the same hull armor.
3.7 SAV is notably worse than 3.7 M4 Shermans, which are primarily tech tree vehicles.
Pak Puma is 4.7…
Legit. I really hope I get Hungarian 109 F-4.
Same plane as my german one, different tree, fresh crew slot. Empty crew slot.
Would be the perfect demo comparing just how limiting a fresh crew is to a maxed ace crew. Same plane. Same player. Same mode. Just crew skills. If I can do what I do in my german 109 F-4, but fail at even attempting the same thing with my Hungarian one…
(I had two more fights yesterday that I’m confident I only won because of my 5/5 expert crew allowing me to just… ignore G forces as a concept.)
My take is fomo:
My take is
New players literally cannot use the tactics experienced players use because they get G-LOC’d trying to employ them against someone with a better crew despite doing things right since their opponent is immune to G-locs (Scissors, yoyos, spirals).
And not just new players, but someone who wants to fly a line-up (if I go from 109 to 190) or a new tech tree (my italian suffering).
I recommend using WTRTI to track your load factor. You don’t think about G-forces because you don’t realize how much you’re ignoring them after you get a good crew.
You need just to grind the crew…
Which is a 25 hour process for each crew slot with premium, and a 50 hour process without.
Oh, new record for g-forces sustained without blacking out: 11.1G in my 109 F-1. I did start vignetting but retained full control long enough to not pass out before G forces reduced to more sustainable levels.
Did you payed for the crews?
No. Being forced to pay hundreds of GE to have a competitive crew (you need 5125 crew XP or something like that) is absurd.
Either pay, or suffer for some 40-50 hours where you can’t do things like this:
Look at my load-factor. It’s on the botom left of my screen with the performance numbers
in GRB its literally P2W
this is a level 10 crew
this is a level 95 aced crew
the difference is incredible
unironically yes
And how is it P2W if I got all the Ace crews for free?
Because I didnt payed a single € for them…
pretty sure all those crew slots are not very free to get
IF
a player with a job wont be playing with 150 level aced crew on every slot
What has the amount of slots to do with beeing P2W?
Edit: they are even ways to get GE for free… (Legally ways)
Cool, I quess than you just found your First one…
yeah technically you are right, you CAN get all of those for free…
…if you sink an ungodly amount of hours into the game
i myself dont have a single 150 level crew slot even though i have quite a lot of playtime
point is, crew skills are BS and P2W exactly because they either require you to be a grindslave or pay up
You have 22 499 battles. No further questions.
There is a notion that exists …
“One can benefit from a system and recognize its flawed, exploitive nature and advocate against it.”
