The Char 2C is extremely overtiered. Like, come on, the T-35 is 1.3 if I remember correctly.
T-35 arguably has worse armament and has worse armor
It’s got 2 BT-5 turrets, and way more armament available, while the 2C has a single WWI 75 mm gun. How can that justify a 1.0 difference in BR?
Said 45mms are more difficult to use considering their positioning.
The 75mm is also substantially more powerful than the 45.
I think the tanks are fairly balanced, though Char 2C could probably drop by 0.3
So just because of the “gun positioning” you’re justifying that the T-35 sits where it’s at currently. What about the Archer with its terrible gun layout then?
I believe the 2C could perfectly sit at 1.7, because right now it can easily face T-34s in a full uptier, which makes the tank useless.
Balance shouldn’t be and isn’t based on down- or uptiers. It is based on player statistics and where the a vehicle would appropriately sit at.
I don’t see an issue with T-35 sitting where it’s at, same goes for Archer.
Well then, I believe a huge, slow target, with a WWI 75 mm gun that has low muzzle velocity and questionable penetration (in some cases) is really hard to play against vehicles that have way better guns, armor and mobility, such as the T-34 or the Pz.IV F2/G.
Such is the case with practically every heavy tank, it’s nothing new.
That is why it is always advised to create diverse lineups: having vehicles that are suitable for multiple situation.
At the BR the 2C sits at it’s a good vehicle, hence it doesn’t need to be moved.

APHE is comically overperforming and needs to be realistically nerfed again. Those complaining are scared that they’ll need to learn where to aim and can no longer 1 shot crews by hitting the rear of the crew compartment miles away from any vitals.
Saying ‘‘skill issue’’ in this forum should get you permamently banned and your game account progress permamently deleted. And you should be forced to play with the m22 for the rest of your life.
I don’t sympathize with Nazi Germany nor do I condone their actions but seeing crosses or other symbols instead of the Swastika it’s just immersion breaking.
The thing is most of americans aren’t offended while these other symbols but a large amount of them get offended by the nazi swastika which would create a large controversy and a ton of headlines in the us.
Maybe they should just do it like the lead indicators for the ships in the Naval. Update lead indicator every X.XX second. This would make radar-AAs vastly superior, while non-hardcore players would still have a non-zero chance of actually getting a right lead against enemy CAS.

eh reminds me of the non radar adjusted computer gunsight of the german twin Rh202 stationary AA cannon which was in use with the Luftwaffe until the 1990s
at the start I think I should mention it was meant for short range combat as it’s a twin 20mm with ammunition that self destroyed itself after ~800 - 1200m
it had an interface where you could essentially give it azimuth, altitude and type of target and it would show you a lead area on the sight
this was supposedly seen as a rough guess for the gunners and it was known that it was highly imprecise but it existed
however I’d much prefer them add actual aircraft sights instead of the standard scope for low tier SPAAs
we have multiple sights on aircraft so I don’t see why we couldn’t also have that on tanks
My hot take:
CAS is perfectly balanced. The game just needs either ARBEC or AIR RB overhaul to give pilots reason to go back to plane dedicated modes.
