im a usa main and the SPAA systems need a massive upgrade given the fact that its well USA but the tanks yes they are weak but if you know where to hit they have a lot of power behind them unless your fighting p2w premium brats
After i played so many nations the abrams isnt 2nd best by far best ones are leo2a7s and strv122 followed by t80bvm the other leos and than followed by leclercs tkx t10 and than followed by abrams merkavas challengers and than the ariete , abrams has good firepower decent mobility but thats where it ends i find myself penning even the turret of the abrams if it doesnt look at me , abrams does have good firepower but while the leo 2a7v can lolpen in front and exept turret same goes with any other tank atm the abrams doesnt have enough firepower to do it to the leo 2a7 , the truth is that gaijin made a big mistake by adding modern mbts to other nations and usa got left out , i have usa germany russia uk japan france sweden israel to top tier and usa is the worst to play alongside israel . the truth is that the sep v2 as added in game is a worst SEP and the leo2a7v equivalent is the SEP v3 that has new composite armor , but gaijn didnt add it , even at 12.7 where the premium players are less usa still has a hard time , usa has the worst SPAA out of the big tree and the eurofighter su34 rafale are so much better than the f15e ( i flew both the f15c and f15e in dcs and there the diff turn rates and aoa isnt as big as in war thunder , in war thunder if u move from the f15c to the f15e it feels like a brick ) thats why i think the f16c is better than the f15e in cas ,SPAAs are so outdated but thats an issue for most nations (exept russia and china ) gaijin focused on so much on planes it forgout about tanks and leaved them in a bad state ( 1 decent guy with the rafale and su34 , and even the ef2000 can clear the skys and ground all at the same time with no issues uncontested by even the pantir s1 ) and all they did until now is add the hq17 to fix it a bit and make a lame video on how to use the SPAA

Leo 2a7s strv122s t80bvm t90m leclercs tkx ,maybe ztz99 around there but havent played enough with it to make a proper opinion but the rest are BETTER than abrams , abrams is kinda mid to bad atm( at top tier, at 11.3 m1a1 is a beast )

yeah leo2a7 turret is weaker in some areas by 20mm compared to 2a5 but who can pen the 810 or 830mm of armor against KE ammo ? obj 292 cant losat in best conditions cant , the diff in armor values doesnt affect the tank , its not important and leo 2a7v even tho doesnt have the proper armor it has in real life its still enough to stop all shells and still is no 1

ZTZ99 has even worse armor than Abrams, and T-90M is just bad. It cannot retreat.
Leclerc and TKX have much worse armor as well and require more skill to play.
T-80BVM is debatable, depends on the map.
T90M is a super mid tank with decent armour, challies are bad , super bad. Italy got one good tank and the rest is mid , the only nation worse than them is Britain. Chinese top tier basically better mobility and gun handling russian MBT but they got worse armor - meaning worse than abram. That not to say Abram are god emperor of mankind OP broken tank but claiming the rest are better is delusional

For all the good and bad it does, that is exactly what Gaijin uses to determine the Battle Ratings of all vehicles.
There were also thousands of ‘‘Why is the Tiger so bad?!’’ posts back in the 2015 era but that didn’t mean the Tiger was actually bad, it just means there’s a large percentage of players that have preconceived notions about the Tiger/Abrams being be superior to their adversaries, and when those players find out these vehicles don’t get to stomp everything they start complaining.
Just because people present documents does not mean those documents are valid, aren’t being misinterpreted by the posters or that those documents aren’t contradicted by other documents with higher authority.
Unfortunately, a large amount of the bug reports created are also awful and not worth anyone’s time.
Unfortunately the 2A7V and especially the 2A7HU have awfully modelled armour.
The turrets are worse than the 2A5 and pretty much on-par with the M1A1 HC’s turret protection, there’s a large number of holes and inconsistencies in the armour modelling that randomly allows shots through that wouldn’t have on a 2A5.

It has worse armor, no problem.
The thing is, better thermals and a better round definitely makes up for that.
How can u say worse armor look at the diff in weakspots i dont say its better look at the ss , abrams has higher areas unprotected than protected ztz ufp while being smaller than russian counterparts its still better than the abrams , leclerc sxxi the same issues as the abrams ( they should shatter apdsfs shot there but they dont ) but the leclerc has better mobility and the autoloader ( if u ace crew both have 5 sec but given the low armor the abrams has 2 of ur crewmate will be gone after the 1st decent hit so the reload goes to 6,5 sec ) nad mobility is wrose , TKX has the same advantage as the leclercs and a 4 sec autoloader , saying that the t90m is bad when the side ERA destabilize shots and the side armor and the armor around the autoloader stops the rest in many cases , it has rlly strong armor all around with some weakspots , it has the same issue with reverse gear and the issue with the loading speed , thats why i dont see it as good as t80bvm and the other leos
So wrong, most of the maps designed with small hills that make Russia tanks are very dangerous because it can hull down and impossible to kill. Abram in other hand, it have the same armor thickness of the HSTV-L. You can shoot at anywhere and the tank will be destroyed. Just a single hit at the front and you can disable the tank. Russia and German tanks have the speed, the mobility, they always get in to the capture zone first that makes US tanks always be the attacker. Since Russia and German tanks always get to the sweet spots first they can flank easily, after couple kills there come the Su34 and the game is done.

And unlike you i dont talk about tanks i havent played and i make my opinions based on the performance i see on myself and on others , try using them finish usa ground do your lineup and lets see how good u will be with those compared with the russian lineup.
