US Helicopters

love cluster bombs

is the PRC signed onto that treaty?

yeah

I am getting real tired of the “just give the missile fake mechanics, they have done it before.”

How about we push to have them give things their irl abilities?

If not, then just give the US helis a hellfire variant that has the speed and range of the kh38.

Just give the damn Apache it’s K Hellfires. It would give Pantsirs something to worry about.

We all know why, a certain nation would magically become the worst overnight

It is because people keep begging/demanding for newer weapons.

People just go “they can change it but they need to add it”. Then go “why did gaijin change it”

only side on

very inconsistently

Its the best at top tier though

it has AGM-114K though

The game isn’t ready for an F-22, and some nation I won’t name, aren’t really up to par in air capability as is.

And I do believe for a cheap sp cost, it should be locked to air target belts. Because if you take a normal belt, (f-15e as the example) you get:

  1. HEF-I
  2. API-T
  3. AP-I
  4. SAPHEI

BUT all the belts on that plane have 37mm + pen, which can and will do serious damage to ground targets in the right hands.

That’s why am belt with an max of say 12mm pen would be preferred.
As GRB is already ARB enough. 4 aams and a “air belt” would and should be plenty

800mm agms… aren’t good? Okay. Lol

once better flanker comes theyll be fine.

fair enough for the air belts, but then they should at least make it not cost any extra SL (ik its like nothing but still)

Poor example. An “air belt” of any M61A1 equipped aircraft should be exclusively PGU-28 SAPHEI.

You don’t see the problem clearly…

@quartas121 could you help explain it to him?

tbh hes not wrong, and i dont think the SAPHEI has enough pen to be a real threat, so itd be fine

No. I understand your complaint.

I’m saying using the M61A1 equipped aircraft restricted to “air targets” doesn’t help your case.

It’s very good against SPAA and light vehicles as it actually kills crew without direct impacts

so the only things its really effective against generally have means of defeating the aircraft once it gets to gun range?

It would have been awesome if IR guided hellfire had became a thing.

It would still erase most things.

@warthogboy09
Well the CAP would need some sort of belt, to not suddenly over take a battle because it can gun run and disable 3~6 tanks. 37mms will melt any light tank and reduce an spaa (if it can get close enough) to a disabled or explosive mess.
