That same fashion the map rotation arguably negates by placing 1/3 of CQB maps, 1/3 of clustered nature maps like Vietnam and 1/3 of large maps which can be played while hull down, though are by no means paired terms (e.g large Tunisia).
The T-80BVM can arguably do some (mediocre but still able bc of its better reverse speed) hull-down.
While losing vert/horizontal/stabilizer to a single 30mm round with the new baskets, top notch CQB.
The difference between withstanding M829A2/DM53 in your mantlet and not being able to resist 10.3 3BM46 in your hull IS massive as well, and its worse because you’re given less margin for commiting mistakes for a marginal ceiling that only a handful of people is allegedly able to exploit.
Only the turret cheeks which they’re obvious enough to ignore and shoot at the turret ring.
They’re absolutely the best to flank with, low unhearable engine, unpenetrable hull incase of someone tried to do a quick shot your ERA can eat it easy, just hold W, fast and it doesn’t lose speed upon turning around.
You’re side on to an autocannon vehicle, #1 mistake. The turret ring should be fixed however it won’t change anything against full calibre APFSDS,
If you’re dying to 10.3 vehicles idk what to tell you, and otherwise its stock vehicles. M774 can LFP the T-90M and BVM, and 3BM42 can also kill the 2A7 frontally.
This can also happen while being peeked frontally btw.
I stated the round’s average br placement, not a specific vehicle. The best protected american, (some) german, british, israeli tanks at 12.0 can be 1shot through its hull protection by a 10.3 round. That doesn’t happen the other way around and that was the main point: the current advantage is artificial and holds no use to skew logic and doctrines to an artificially ‘balanced’ environment. You’re being tragically disingenuous and you know it.
Any tank in the game can be 1 shot by a 10.3 round. Ive simply stated that the only advantage of Russian tanks is armor, which does not make up for the lack of mobility, depression, reload, etc. The T-90M is a skillcheck vehicle, the BVM is a decent all-rounder which is inferior to the Abrams.
It’s a statement that proves that the SEPV1,V2 are worse than the base M1 in armor capability and they sit at higher with penetrable hull and weaker turret ring, remove thermals, dart, then they’re not worth 12.0 at all.
Oh the classic 2 pixel driver port hit argument, ain’t that convenient. As if, idk, ANY nation has that type of weakspot around the driver’s port/turret ring?
Man i’ve seen so many russian/german and even a couple of french players hitting the turret cheeks AFTER the changes in the turret basket, it’s so cringe to realize you’re alive when it’s easier to be hit than to resist on an Abrams.
Then you hit a nailspot hit to cook a T-80BVMs ammo and the coping madman says ‘xDDDDD reported’
Whoever aims for the most armored part of a Russian tank got a major skill issue when there’s multiple weakspots called the driver’s port, LFP, and breach.
It’s not hard to hit, but in reality it barely ever gets breach/kills both turret crew/cooks ammo/gets horizontal-vertical, out of any of those scenarios, you never get a single one at all.
WARNING: If you quote your picture to dismiss what i said, you should consider that you aimed the M774 from elevation, and that changes the spalling pattern. Refrain from doing so.
If you don’t hit it with a competitive, top tier round, it’s a wasted shot 80% of the time.
That can’t be said with the Abrams neck, or the pre-2A7 hull, or the suffering minor nations hull.
