I do feel optimistic, I’d say the Su-27’s can be buffed more flight model-wise, but the fact we are making progress is nice.

I expected Gaijin to have their preferred nation of choice on top at all times.
I will say one thing about aim9Ls, I have an A10 early which I do not fly along the ground like most other people. I get it up to altitude and drop those aim9ls right on top of people. But that is not why I responded.
I have all three US F16s, the F16C is great. But the other two at 12.7 are pretty much trash, because of their Aim9ls. People are flaring them off at 10.7 if they have any sense. But at 12.7 with a lot of heavy calibur countermeasures, and half the time going against BR13s on up, laughable.
What do you do with a great airplane, no doubt, F16A, and far as its flight performance, with six Aim9LS, going against BR13 planes. BR12.7 is getting to be a joke for a lot of planes.

Why cant they spread the BRs out, is it a programming problem, is it that difficult?, Its a question really.
The Mig29, which was my favorite plane for a long time, despite its 4 r60ms, is stuck at the worst BR, --12.7, that BR has made a lot of good planes, secondary scavengers, instead of the predators they used to be, thats a lot of BR12.7 planes.
For instance, F16A, with six aim9ls,…what do you do going against every countries top of the line fighter half the time in uptiers. Why, I wonder, cant they spread these BRs out?, Its getting ridiculous really.
BR 12.7 planes are stuck in the mud really.

with new missile logics when 120s somehow manage to ignore multiple maneuvers new FM immediately became useless just because clowns die even before you lock them within 10 km. toptier sucks even more again

That not the whole picture. Not only they are at medium range price but the Russian also trade resources instead of just money and unlike some of the weapon exporter , say china, you don’t really have to care about who you close with to buy their stuff
If the R77 grid fin’s drag was modeled correctly to have terrible trans sonic but good sub and super sonic speeds it could be a great missile that plays differently than the rest of the fox3s in game that isn’t op or terrible. Worst CQB than the MICA and still less range than an aim120 but if the pilot properly set himself up for a long range shot with very high speed and attitude it can still compete.
The first R77 was barely used by Russian forces and they switched to the R77-1 which is probably what they should’ve gotten in the first place but the earlier point still stands. Russia should have a top tier air that plays differently but still competitive and fun without people sperging out on the forums.
