Time to stop the one death game exits

If low level Player is in a BT5 I have to hit him 2 or 3 times before death- if there is a level 100 Player in a BT 5 I only need One Hit to get the Kill

Yeah I doubt that. Even if you do think there are any behind the scenes code shenanigans, a LVL 100 is going to be able to get better faster shots off and be more survivable just on the crew skill modifiers. No tin foil hat required.

They can start by eliminating the ability to join battles with only 1 vehicle in the lineup.

And what will that fix ? If you want to play France at 11.7, you just can’t bring two vehicles and that’s the case with a lot of other nations.

And this whole discussion boils down to “people don’t see the point of respawning if the game feels like a lost game”

Remove all winning prizes. Eliminate the tasks to win, etc. Bet only on individual achievements. Reward only individual achievements.

The current system is extremely stupid, if 2 people out of 16 contribute to the win by killing the entire opposing team, the other 14 people even though they went and died doing absolutely nothing else, they also get a win bonus while on the losing team there can be 5 people who they did a lot but still didn’t win the game and no bonus will apply to them. This has to stop, instead of a win bonus there should be an activity bonus no matter which team you’re on.

My idea is to set up “minimal repair cost” on exit
which equals 3x repair cost of your highest BR vehicle.
Of course if you are active till the end, you pay only for the vehicles actually lost.

Also IMO you should have at least 2 vehicles with BR of max -1 from your top BR vehicle in your lineup to be allowed into the battle. That would of course destroy the business model of “lets sell high BR vehicles to clueless people for ridiculous amount of money”, but such is life.

It’s a shame how it ruins the experience. In this forum many people defend it with cheap excuses:

I’m poor and if I see that a game starts badly and I die in minute 3 I go to the lobby.

I only have one tank of that BR and I can’t wait to have the rest or play with others a bit inferior.

Another typical is … there is only one tank of that BR haha can not play with other lower 0.3?.

Solution: Force to play minimum 2 tanks and have them in the squad when entering the match. The second can be a backup or another tank max -1br below.

If you die before the 7th minute and leave you get charged for the repair of the 2.

In Arcade I almost always play the 3 because many times the mistakes of the first one you repair them with the rest and you win at the end.

France at 11.7 has 3 tanks.

Still it is a cheap excuse. With the BR changes my German premiun 7.3 was left alone … well now I play it with KT2 of BR 7 for example.

But I don’t go into adulterating the games with ridiculous participations.

Sure, but if I only have the first one, what do I do ?
Cheap excuse yourself, I’m not gonna play in a 10.0 against 11.7 just because you don’t want to lose your game.

If you don’t want to wait to have the rest of 11.7. it’s the rest’s fault ? HaHa your reasoning shows how right now the system does not work.

Take it the other way around. I’m not going to subject myself to another 6 months of grind to play a tank I just unlocked.

That’s the thing with you people, you don’t understand that i’m not going to limit my playing and amount of fun just because you want it.

30 minutes a day no premium account?
I understand if you’re exaggerating.
Missing out on a tank because of this suggestion is foolish.
It’s our choice if we bring nothing, or a 9.7 [AMX-40], or unlock a 2nd 11.7 for all but Soviets.

Haven’t done the exact math but yeah I never buy premium accounts, only tanks when thye’re on sale. But without exageration, it took me more than 2 years to unlock the first Leclerc so I’m not going going to wait for a seconod one to play it.

The other problem is that I don’t like top tier, so I don’t grind that often and when I occasionaly play, i bring the only tank that I have.

But I can’t take an AMX 40 to top tier, it’ll be really useless as the Leclerc itslef isn’t exactly the best 11.7 around here.

That’s why I said a minimum time of 7 minutes. If you are good and get to be useful / at the very least be alive.

It’s not that hard to understand, the complaint is for everyone who dies fast and gets out.

It is widespread that in the 4th minute 3-4 players are already missing from a team.

Don’t know if you’ve been in top tier battles lately but 7 minutes is an eternity.
Your idea will just create campers.

Haven’t you destroyed a higher tiered vehicle before? Many of us have. Do all your lineups consists of vehicles of the same exact br?

There are options that Gaijin can do to lessen the impact of ODL and not allowing 1 vehicle lineups is a start.

Sure you can destroy a higher br vehicle. I can also destroy a leopard 2 with a Tiger but where is the fun or the balance ?
I play a game to have fun, not to struggle.

Ie: How to promote toxic selfish behavior even more than the game already does…

So you want to farm newb players who bought a high-tier premium package by popping their big tank AND get points for killing whatever reserve tank they drag along to get into the game?
This helps the game… how?

But how do you imagine it? What cooperation with 32 people in matches where everyone has their own individual goals, and a lot of them do not overlap at all. Why reward people just because the randomizing algorithm put them in this team and not the opposite one if they did nothing in the match?

There is no need to force longer crewlocks, additional foreheads or other mechanisms. Start rewarding simply for the results in the battle and suddenly all those who only do is enter, die and leave are cut off from the source of SL and XP income. I have written about it many times that this system was so stupid that it was worth running a bot in a premium tank that was going to the point, throwing smoke and dying after a while. If just entering the point and dying were enough to earn money, what are we talking about? This only favors more bots that can no longer be hidden in any way, and teams on some BRs are full of this practice.

Only rewards for actually made actions make sense because they will cut off the income of all kinds of bots, cut off the income of people who do nothing, so why would they get any progress in the form of SL and XP if they did nothing in the match? The current situation is so crap that they might as well give XP and SL for running the game client, because you don’t do anything in this game and just sit in the hangar and get XP and SL. It’s no different than entering a battle, dying and leaving for the next one where you repeat the pattern.
