It’s not that hard to shoot down on equal terms, but its not equal terms. Air realistic is not a 1v1.

if they play properly and aim perfectly, it’d be damn near impossible.
So what’s your point here.
Now, going out of your way to chase after a Tu-4 early game saves you having to climb all the way back up late game. However, zoom climbing to get a shot at it leaves you vulnerable to fighters, and chasing it down leaves you as a very easy target.

if somebody can kill the Tu-4 and manage to catch up how can you not? Those late prop accelerate very fast; some is literally faster then early jets (top speed). They climb attitude fast as well.

I want to see you try to intercept a Tu-4 with a 5.7.
For a missile to be fired, it has to be rear aspect which is a place where you can shoot them down. (excluding the Matra R511 and AA-20, however the AA-20 is bugged to hell and the R511 is so abysmal you can actually dodge it)
“Play it properly” as @O_Warrior0 insists and you shouldn’t worry too much

It should be an 8.0 aircraft but not 8.0 BR.
You CANNOT face missiles anymore outside of an uptier (Sea Hawk Mk50 and 100 have moved up)

the Tu-4 is literally a B-29 with different engines and different guns. It can defend itself much better and so sits at a higher BR.
This is also mirrored in props, for example the F8F-1, equipped with .50 caliber machine guns sits at a lower BR than the F8F-1B.

I want it to move it down to 7.0 atleast. It a pure food at 8.0 BR everyone just chase it. 60% of my grind at 7.0 and 8.0 is killing the B-29 and Tu-4… 1 37mm landed on the wing it dead.

Yeah I’m sure a ONE POINT THREE DOWNTIER is fair and won’t cause issues. I’m sure props can deal with 10 23mms.*
