I’m assuming they changed it then cause it made no sense and cause Japan doesn’t have many rank III light tanks and well kinda their fault for that. However, they didn’t change the description though for the news post. So that’s why i was confused.
You win, this solves the issue.
I repeat: China has a task with light tanks for a decal.
So… you can handicap yourself by playing in a full uptier or worse with old vehicles?
It is very fair to want the WW2 part of the game to actually be able to participate without going into late war vehicles…
Those who played for free and left might’ve spent 50-100 hours before they decided to quit. Fresh players never stop coming, so suggesting higher tiers have more new players than lower tiers just because “premium vehicles” is ludicrous.
Not worse. Just regular play, where you can always enounter a full uptier.
My sentiment and long possible. Next…
It seems you missed my point. I was concerned with their statement about player composition.
No. Sometimes this will take more than a full uptier…
Sometimes… glad you are specific.
Lets be honest here - shall we? no new player gives two shites about a damn decal. By the time they realize that they even want the decal they’ll already have multiple rank 3 vehicles unlocked.
What do you want me to specify?
It’s just about wanting to be able to play classic ww2 vehicles without being forced into late war or cold war/modern
yes, so us (the involved older players, that are on average much better than a player, just having picked up the game) don’t bully new players.
Without having an ELO system, this is the only way to prevent huge systematic abuse
I feel like I run into more new players at 10.3 (in ground) and 12.0 (for air) than I do Rank I. Jump into a ground battle during a ground event at Rank I and you’ll be greeted by a lvl100 in this:
I don’t really buy the seal club argument.
I do agree that people should be able to play the eras they want, and I disagree with any notion of getting to top-tier and staying there. I’m just saying, that sometimes you have to do things if you want that event good. Be thankful that it is largely WW2 vehicles from Rank I to III. I have more of an issue with these events making us play air/ground/naval battles to get a vehicle of that type. I’d rather players be able to play the game mode they are most comfortable with and still be able to get the vehicle.
About why this should be the case:
Please give a specific example of what you want but can’t do. Because I can do it. But please not one like “can’t do naval task with china”.
because you notice them more.
High tier is more complex, so without training they get noticed.
Similar with a DCS module in high fidelity vs low fidelity.
and so this isn’t used for grinding the events, it starts at tier 3 (also to make the new players start the grind)
You can grind events with that vehicle. Event vehicles can do it from Rank I. Try again.
If Gaijin really cared about seal clubbing they would do something about the entire teams of event vehicles in Rank I games when events are on.
I think it is about the mm that forces ww2 vehicles to play with late cold war vehicles, that just negate the whole design of the ww2 vehicles, but are so fragile, that Gaijin considders them kina equal
Simply wanting to play rank 1-2 tanks? Any of them?
bc a new player has already taken part in an event, to get that event vehicle?
You are getting into a circular thing, if you say, that they already have an event vehicle…
And we know with real money you can skip this requirement on your own risk.
What are you even trying to say? I simply said that rank 1 games are already full of lvl100 - that actual new players are already the minority in rank I games and that I don’t buy the seal clubbing argument, because most of the time it is you vs other lvl100 when you play Rank 1 during an event. I’m not saying that a new player has anything - that’s besides the point.
