The new Yak-130 is way too OP for 8.3 Ground RB matches

Honestly the economy in WT is in a pretty good state right now, I expert everything and mainly play top tier (expensive vehicles), and yet even without premium vehicles I have such an abundance of SL idk what to do with it.

Go watch _fofo’s video on the Scimitar on YouTube.

The U.S. A-4E and the Israeli A-4 can carry two and three guided munitions, respectively. However, I don’t think they are valid comparisons, since their current BRs are also too low.

In my opinion, both the A-4s and the Yak-130 should have their BRs increased.

Who the fuck thinks radar can pick up the bomb? Most scan angles are too low, and they won’t lock or detect 80% of the time. I’ll have what you’re smoking.

No, its a problem in both cases. Walleyes are also op but you get two of them instead of 4, they don’t glide as far, they’re on a worse platform as well. Using “well what about the A-4” when its a br higher NOW and gaijin SHOULD KNOW LONG RANGE TV MUNITIONS ARE AN ISSUE is an awful argument. So are the Mav Bs on the Hunter. But again it only gets two.

But Germany doesn’t get a SAM AA until 9.7 (Ozelot should be 9.3 and idk why it isn’t. China gets their gun and missile spaa at 9.3.) America has the garbage Chaparral and the 247 whose guns don’t detonate on munitions. The Russian Igla-Shillka does both somehow at 9.3 as well.

You can scan the jet, watch it drop the bomb and just shoot the bomb, why do you need a lead to hit a bomb, also you cant scan anything above you no matter what, being tv guided changes nothing

Won’t detonate on the munitions 90% of the time though.

Server desync resulting in rounds phasing through the bomb with no feedback on where the bomb actually is?

Uhh,yes the Walleyes in question that have double the KAB range

The walleyes I see maybe once in 40 games at that br

Thats on the players for not using them.

The Walleyes glide substantially better, the Bullpups can be guided through the 14x zoom Walleye camera from extreme ranges, and the A-4’s get flares/chaff, so better overall platform as well

Ozelot has better missiles (the HN-6 missiles don’t even have proxy fuses), more missiles, and IR search and track

On top of being a tiny, fast platform

Yeah but the gepard a2 is 9.7 with the same missiles, basically the same search function, guns to engage tanks. Ozelot capping once in a blue moon doesn’t make it that special. The fact that 9.3 germany’s best bet is a plane seeing the Yak before it drops bombs or a base gepard isn’t a good thing.

Gepard 1A2 has less missiles, and IR track but no IR search

Not about capping, its about getting into positions to hit planes and helis from angles they don’t expect.

Other AA’s are much more restricted and predictable

The KAB 500KRs don’t lock until you’re within like 3km on most maps so you’ll often end up within SPAA range

Uh. I regularly see them fired from 8-10km which is farrrrr outside stinger range.

max tracking vehicle range is 6km, so your guy was firing at the ground

They track tank sized targets at about 3km, something small like the Ozelot its even less than 3km

Outside 3km its a POINT lock on the ground, not the target

I saw m247 shooting down kh58 going for roland. Munition moving at mach 2* btw.

That works on campers with roots growing into ground because you can only use point lock in this case. Moving targets are safe.
