What do you mean why? It doesnt work that way in game, because its not modeled correctly. The missile doesnt go upwards the way it should to create the angle in the vid. Instead it stays on a much flatter trajectory an therefore hits at a smaller angle making it much more likely to hit turret cheeks or barrels rather than the less armored roof
