Yes it is, because
1.Soyuz is more oppressive than Scharn ever was (and Scharn did exist)
2.All other unfinished ships are based on existing ships and are therefore inherently realistic and easy to balance. Soyuz is a pipe dream with no reference to compare it to whatsoever
3. Gaijin had every chance to release Soyuz in a balanced state but no, the ship with no working armor got the best armor, one test mount gun got the best guns magical rounds included, no dispersion issues, great reload, best magazine. Making it broken was a deliberate decision.
2S38 is not. Release 2S38 another story. And that was also not what i was getting at. My point was that Gaijin did its best to cover Russias light tank gap with a dubious SPAA.

SPAA classification comes with the assumed removal of the APFSDS, then it’s a reasonable trade

And yet, I didn’t ask if it was good or not. I asked if it was correct? I mean, does it match the loft of IRL spikes?
In my experience, spike hit exactly where they were locked. This is clearly visible when firing from a tank. If the Puma commander’s sight is locked, spike hits directly there.

A. Given that I stated the real performance would see the spike lofting into a top-down attack pattern (in game it’s more like a half-loft then glide missile) which would kill turret crew or detonate ammo
B. Spike locks are random, and you cannot reasonably dictate where/when it will hit, and that applies to the reticle.

Yeah because 10.3 is the same BR as other light tanks with half the pen and not working anti air rounds

Ngl, the introduction of that… thing killed naval for me.
I was enjoying battleships but screw going up against the fantasy soviet ship.
There was zero need for this. I get the rules for introduction being different for ships but jesus christ, they didn’t have to give in to every soviet fantasy about their ships.
- best armour
- best ammo layout (with shells which are comically small in the damage model)
- best gun dispersion (I think, not sure)
- best reload rate for its gun size
All on a ship which never existed and couldn’t have existed.
It’s indefensible.

What IRL has to do with game ? Soviets had light tank at that br only problem was AA and it didn’t existed in the game so devs decided to milk some money.

My god… IRL is where the vehicles come from. Russia doesnt have an equivalent vehicle to the ones i mentioned so Gaijin pulled up a dubious SPAA, gave it APFSDS and called it a day. Thats what i mean with Gaijin closing Russian irl gap in game

It’s dubious because devs has policy to do not add AA system as premium so they reassigned it to light tanks to make quick buck and nerf it later instead of adding AA system to techtree.
What do you mean never existed? Russia has this gap irl and in game the USSR tree doesnt have anything Light after 10.0.
Dubious as in does it actually have APFSDS irl. Not because Gaijin doesnt like SPAA in premiums. There are no true premium (or squad) SPAAs bcs no one would buy them.
And what it have to do with 2S38 ? They added with 9.7 br.
