Speculation on players’ point of view IS NOT precedent, it is speculation.
95% of the thread being off topic and spam definitely is a reason.
Mostly thanks to people like you who refuse to stay on topic despite multiple promptings from mods and myself.

Id say give gaijin benefit of the doubt of like two weeks and if there isnt official statement, make bug report.
Depending on the result, further action can be taken.

Like I said already, its been more than 2 weeks, and they’ve explicitly told me a bug report wont be accepted and the thread is the best way to handle this situation, which is why its all the more insulting they refuse to interact with the thread.

Filling a bug report will make the issue official and with enough traction it will have to be adressed eventually. If the bug report gets shot down immidiately, we know that gaijin is following the issue closely and simply ignoring it in hopes of going away.
No it wont. They’ve already stated a bug report will not be handled. Its quite literally a waste of time.
If they gonna shut it probably because they can’t find anything about KH-38MT to explain so shut it to avoid backlash and humiliation.

with spanish avenger’s poll regarding stock HEAT-FS at top tier needing a change, smin replied 4 days after that the dev server should answer spanish’s questions, with the poll having 1587 people voting on it. this poll has 1612 votes and still no answer from any higher up in exactly 2 weeks.
they are aware of the thread and are actively ignoring it (beyond the lower mods to ensure it doesnt get out of hand)

I think Zenturion made a video about this issue. Have you tried linking/posting your case onto the WarThunder subreddit? I know some CC are on there (PhilDaily and such)

More off-topic speculation inventing things to be angry at rather than admitting one does not know what they’re doing in the offices.
I am speculating, but I’m keeping it to myself cause at the end of the day it only matters to keep my mind calm.
However, if you seek proof and they allegedly have proof, they need to amend any contract they have with the manufacturer in relation to the alleged documents.
If it was mistakenly added they need to investigate on who and how it was added, and create new internal rules so it doesn’t happen again.
And we won’t get any answer until there’s an answer to give and they’re ready to give it.
Either way, it’s not helping your mind by speculating in a deeply negative manner.

Yeah thx for pointing it out
They made 2 vids about the Kh-38MT, but never actually mentionned the thread or the info at all. Might have just been completely coïncidental.
I did post it on the subreddit, and i think someone else mightve as well, but it actually didnt get much of a buzz.
