The AGM-65D were able to get a lock little under 20km on the old wake island map with the speed boats about the size of a tank.

u saw the new CC decal yet? looks great!

I know.

I did.

This is what MythicPi said. This is one of his proofs of Kh-38MT non-existence. I am glad you agree with me.

@MythicPi I would suggest you update the main topic. Info there is outdated.

the ML is being used or tested is not prove of the MT.
There is more to a missle then its body, The seeker is an important part that needs to be functioning and be integrated

Well, you should also know that the game doesnt treat ships and tanks in the same ways, the “all aspect” range of the seekers is only agaisnt ships not tanks, you cant get a track at a tanks at 20km

Those “speedboats” were Elco class torpedo boats. They’re 25 meters long. Try locking on a tank and see at what range you can get it to switch from POINT to TRACK. It’ll be ~13 km. It’s been that way forever.

But it is not proof of non-existence. That is, the author of the topic is misleading.

That is, the author of the topic is misleading.

The author of the topic collected a bunch of speculations and incorrect interpretations, which for some reason suddenly became “evidence of non-existence”.

I am not discussing evidence of existence. I am talking about evidence of “non-existence” that the author allegedly provided. And which is in fact disinformation.

Scrolling back i saw u were already in this thread, typical of you to go back to that, you need to prove its existence first.
You always resulting to your not proof of non existence is wrong cause it doesnt apply.
Seriously grasping at straws to justify a gamebreaking weapon

buddy stop move goalposts, you need to prove its existence in the first place, we dont need to do anything

I mean with IOG you launch at 20km and with in 5 seconds the missile is at that 13km mark and is already tracking by IR the ammount of russian mains that keep trying to tell me but bro you can just move, when from 20km you have 5 whole seconds before its tracking

For the 100th time already, non existence can’t be proven.

I could say Chile developped a rainbow colored missile that goes underground and you couldn’t prove it does not exist. That’s why something is considered “non existent” until its existence is proven.

All the author provided was simply mentions of the KH38 available in open source, non of which prove the missile exists.
As such, and as long as the missile’s exitence can’t be proven, it should be removed from the game

Is it though ? That thing has been ruining top tier for a year

If you can’t prove non-existence, then why does the author mislead by providing a long list of supposed proofs? Which are actually incorrectly interpreted facts.

because a lack of evidence of existence is the same as evidence of non existence in this context

The seeker specifications are a complete mystery, there is not a single piece of evidence suggesting its use in combat, nor a single test ever conducted that was made publically available. All we have is pictures of mock-ups and mentions of it in a government site, that’s it.

Everything else was left at the dev’s discretion, and they decided to concoct one of the most broken missiles based on literally nothing, unless Gaijin has access to MoD data the average person doesn’t have permission to request. (in which case they would be in a lot of legal trouble).

We have visual proof of use of the ML being guided by drones, they are launched from SU-34 using GNSS and then guided by different UAV aircraft to hit static targets but that’s about it as far the Kh-38 usage goes.
