The ItO 90M being the new airfield AA was a terrible idea

Where have i made the miss type of it?.

Would you like to see the work contract i have? 😂

Can absolutely guarantee you I am a Cambridge educated, “profesor en titular”.

Been working since i was 16 mate.
So again a personal attack against me when you know nothihg.

My points are tied together in the necessary ways?
You’ve actively yet to tell me what is wrong with them.

The mig27 I literally told you why it’s a fighter in game.
It was done as a patch due to it in ARB getting an air spawn for strike planes years ago. Which they never reverted back as not many people use it.

It was absolutely annihilating lobies due to having strike plane air spawn.

What’s not to understand about that ?

Well start from the get go here.

I stated that most people sit in their airfield with a 12km bubble and lob ARH missiles from within it.

At no point have I mentioned a person firing an ARH 20 km at me.
Which by the way the effective ranges of the likes of AMRAAM and R-77-1 20km is within that.

Fakour as well as an effective range of about 40 km at least.

However if you’d read what I have said , I stated it is nearly impossible to make an approach dodging the ITOs as well as the ARH missiles being fired.

Generally yes if you’re in a fighter and try to ground and pound whilst waiting for them to come out their air field it can go only a few ways.

  • 1 They engage you from a distance at hieght and peel off as soon as you try to respond.

  • 2 They have the heigh, energy, fuel and ordinance advantage against you and your allies and will demolish the team.

  • 3 Now this rarely happens, they engage, they get over zealous and actively make mistakes and die to either a missile or someone gunning them down.

Yes R-77, but most people at top tier aren’t using R-77 which is the shortest range ARH in game.
I have it I know.
Most folks are firing either AMRAAM or R-77-1, possibly MICA M as well.

Incompetent liars? Play a few games then with me or against me.

You’re trying to tell the experienced , better player that they’re worse than you?

Then may I ask a question?

Why are you here? You have no bearing on the debate, as well as this I use the likes of my SU25 or super etendard in GRB, they still aren’t negative KD.

@Leinadmix9_ツ @coffee_can-psn
Is KD a good metric to measure a players skills + experience in vehicles?

Edit BTW @ObiWan_KoH I’ve been quite unwell for a fortnight now, hence why I’ve been able to respond on here more frequently.

none of the two, but no

None of the two but no?

What?

I am none of the two people he pinged, but i still answered the question

I personally find KD a difficult to interpret metric, as it completely ignores those vehicle classes that do not rely on player kills but have other missions (Attackers, Bombers).

Still better though than win percentage that is also often used: How do I measure my skill or my vehicles efficiency via a parameter that is determined for a big part by other players?

I generally find it reliable enough to get a baseline of a persons performance with a vehicle.

For example if you tell me you’ve shot down an f5 in a hawk 200 and my response is to say you’re making it up because it’s not possible
As per above.

Then you could easily check my stats and see my performance is poor and make the assumption I know less than yourself.

Win rates are also skewed, as that relies on the team and not just personal skills / experiences.

I completly disagree. my KD/A dived down since i started grinding a new nation. didnt change my knowlage

I’m talking specific KDs in vehicles.
If I check your stats and your positive in say the entire US tree but not the British then it gives a better idea of what you are knowledgeable in.

For example my KD was 0.6 overall about a year ago, I’ve slowly brought my GRB KD up to a solid 1.02 over that time.
As well as watched my air KD decrease a small portion due to the addition of ARH missiles shaking up the META.

Still, i am a player who studys the game a lot. My skill especially in air is probably worse then the average player but my knowledge definitely higher

But lets not get off topic

Yes lets not.

I understand your point, however these new AAA are quite absurdly OP.
They either need their tracking addressed or their range.

I agree with you in the 10.7 brackets but any higher brackets you have tools to deal with them.

Like i said before i would just give the 10.7 bracket the TOR instead

You don’t is my point, even in my ef2000 they still slapped me out the sky maneuvering around them.
The first couple maybe will break or miss but the energy loss leaves you buggered.

Then… hear me out… dont fly into them. You fly into the range of air defense and complain they kill you.
At that br you have wepons to EASILY kill the ITOs from 30km distance

Ah yes and we go full circle.
What about the kind gentleman circling that 14 km bubble.
If I’ve got a mere 120 rounds what effective ground pounding can I do before they rearm, come back out with the

  • altitude advantage
  • energy advantage
  • fuel advantage
  • weapon advantage.

The AA should ideally be active for a few minutes to land and rearm and take off.

Not be a mechanic which allows the game to play itself.

Kill the ITOs?

Yes… its a ground target, drop 2 glide bombs and you can freely camp the airfield for a good amount of time

I am not carrying glide bombs in ARB

I don’t want to camp the air field i just dont want people to be able to circle it freely

Was talking about sim

Then ignore them, you act like they have full map range from their airfield

i direct you again to the above statements.

I am waiting to get some spices for going back to sim.

why? let them be one less enemy
