The issue of "PVE" matches

I agree, but sadly with how most jet players play it won’t help much. Lot of players just camp outside AF areas by about a grid or two even more so at 11 - 12

hehe, yeah, maybe need some practice first. Im rusty with gun fighting. But yeah that could be fun, or the mosquitto with the AT gun

Yeah, thats true. Though it can be really easy to do that by accident. In the F3 I can find myself nailing someone who has just taken off, without even realising where I am… When you shoot at someone at 20km away, on a map that is only 128km long. it doesnt take long. With AMRAAM, we are really going to need bigger maps and if we ever see Meteor. then that could be AF to AF kills.

But also encouraging people to fight at higher alts would help too. The average height in top tier is 50ft

well I’d doubt they’ll put the realistic ranges otherwise the AIM7 and 54 would have a lot more range than what they currently do.

I think they do, they can in theory hit a target at those ranges, but something small like a fighter turns a lot, and only within a certain range can a missile hit a moving target. R-77 I think is about 20km, AMRAAM is about 30km but Meteor is 75km. Besides, everyone sits at 50ft and misisles that should work, dont. Its kinda annoying.

But again, maybe with ECM and MAWS people would actually be more willing to climb

I said the Tempest because if you get caught with your pants down you can just gun it out of the way, no vehicles can catch you at it’s BR, and especially not with MEC

Yeah I literally got teamkilled this morning because I shot down an enemy player…the people that enforce PVE are by far the biggest issue.

And the ones that think they can report you…

If you want fight, why not go “pvp” matches? Or it’s because you can only get kills on grinding player when they are unawared?

How? carring bombs in “pve” matches gets far more RP and SL income than “pvp”. Or you mean the incredibly low and desparate long grind is the “right economy”?

It is ridiculous.

Pretty much every match I go into is 75% bombers just flying back and forth to bases. Sure you can farm them if you want to sit near a bomb point…but how many times can the average player get destroyed by mouse-aim gunners before they just want to quit the mode?

In the very best case scenario farming these PvE players is just another form of drudgery.

So again, your issue is not with people making PvE lobbies, its people just engaging in PvE within SB?

That is not against ToS.

so you think that PVP players should be banned from playing PVP?

There are way much PvP matches, you can choose as you like

Ok so what’s the problem with playing PvP in a gamemode designed for PvP

I’m starting to see that some players don’t understand how you win a sim game. PvP is not how you win sim, playing objectives is, I’m pretty sure this is even stated in the game. Yes PvE lobbies where there’s players that attempt to enforce it are against ToS but players playing bombers and doing just that is not, same with players that play CAS.

if you want a pure PvP all the time and that’s the best way to win a match then that’s RB not Sim. Otherwise I’d suggest learning how to keep fighters off you CAS players knocking out ground battles or if you really want to escort objectives.

You can choose PvP matches, no one stops you from doing so

Exactly, and if I accidentally join a “PvE” match why should I leave

You cannot stop grinding players and force them to be slave

what’s your point? I’m not trying to stop grinding players, I just want to have some fun PvP time.
