Helis have been ignored by gaijin and are now unplayable. Ignoring the 8.0 AH-1G (its okay at its BR if played properly) and ignoring Top tear helis (above 9.7) that are just ATGM platforms. Helicopters are unplayable. The hind for example is fast and more survivable then expected, does not have any consistent munitions Tanks can generally 1 tap you and the gepard exists, the CCIP computer has been removed from both the first hind and the Czech one for everything but bombs. the 2-S24s are behind a insane points wall costing more to deploy than the Mig-15Bis/Ish that’s faster has more consistent rockets and a ballistic computer, and the S-5K rockets are almost pointless as you need to use all of them on a single target to get a frag. This is ignoring the other issues in ground RB of SPAA spawn protection and SPAA engagement range vs 99% of aircraft at these BRs Helis arent balanced and theres 0 alternative to use them in any gamemode, Heli PVE is the dumbest alternative for ground RB and Ground sim known to man.

They just get hard countered by Radar SPAA with zero counterplay.
I find win rate as an awful way to prove vehicle viablity The MI-4 is hands down the worst heli in the game but yet has a higher winrate over the AH1g Heli rushing is stupid 100% but helis should cost slightly more then an Heavy at the same teir (just enough you cant spawn in right at the start of the game but get all the Unguided munitions) also SPAA at these BRS are downright diabolical such as the gepard. But helis have been nerfed into the ground The MI-24 ai had a ballistic computer, You could fly in and at least be accurate with your awful rockets now you dont even get that.
Helicopters get really hard to hit from ~2.5km+ if they aren’t just in hover mode and this applies to most SPAAGs. Only exceptions to this are things like M247 with HE-VT and tracerless ammo.
