Not absurd, if its capabilities are better then what even 9.7 jets have.
Maybe.
Issue is that 9.3 is still too low.
Maybe 9.7 still will be viable(by a stretch)
But I wont be surprised if it actually goes to 10.0
From my observations I see alot of people flying head on and getting slapped at the beginning of a match, don’t do that. I assume they are all carrying sparrows and try to notch at the right off the bat . what I have an issue with is loosing situational awareness and getting 3rd partied which makes it harder with no RwR to at least give me some warning. I’m not knowledgeable enough to make a BR suggestion, may decompress the BR? IDK.
This is starting to seem like the usually thing.
1:Plane gets added/buffed
2:people spam it out
3:this mean the plane ends up killing someone more often than other planes
4:people see this as “plane is op” and demand some crazy br increase and/or nerf

OP stated that the f3h is oppressive after the aim7 buff and that is should be 10.0 or 10.3 because “it is on par with the f5”
That the demon has ruined battles around 9.0

Worse in every way than mig21sps or t2 early except missile quantity (but not quality).
I mean, there is a reason why it is being spammed.
Almost every battle has a bunch of them.
Because when a buff makes a vehicle insanely OP, everyone goes to abuse it, before it gets nerfed.
The situation with the demon kinda reminds of the bugs with the lvrbv 701 and the yak-38, which made them so oppressive that everybody rushed to play them.
It it were a minor buff, nobody would care.

OP should be able to do minor edit so post becomes visible again I think. Doesnt make it safe from another flag attack tho.

It is being spammed because people heard it got buffed then saw people going “wow, it is so op”.
Hell, even i decided to take it out for a few match when i saw those comments. Found it to still not be that great. The people i saw getting smacked by the aim7c were those climbing up the middle of the map directly into the f3h horde.

I’d say the quality far exceeds the 9P’s.
Since the aim 7 is all aspect, with better range.
And yeah, the demon can flare F-2’s missiles with FFAR pods.
I would not really compare them. The ranges the aim9p are fired at are ranges that the aim7c should never be fired at due to guidance delay.
Plus IR vs SARH. Good luck firing the aim7c down at targets who are not mid alt.
