fyi i hav 41k battles and god of war, hero of dover etc. i do fine.

Although there is a lot of truth in your overall view - imho you as experienced player should be a role model regarding teamwork, and if you expect teamwork, it is seems not adequate that your frustration (at least it seems so) is leading to team kill a noob which fired a few shots on an already dead (= black not read) plane like a few days ago.
I flew on the other side in this match - and my US/German team managed to die in 7 minutes whilst i was climbing. So i was wondering what could have motivated a long term player to such actions. Reading this whole thread helped to understand - but imho it does not justify such actions.
In addition - we have BP and grinding event on top - which increase the willingness to perform infinite “headon-kill-death-repeat” loops. Playing these days is a real pain…
its very disheartening is all i can say, it’s as though i can rarely share my enthusiasm or passion with the community these days as their mentality seems set on a totally diff premise.

Agreed, i see rarely passion for flying in the last 2-3 years. Everybody seems to be on a journey to somewhere else - unable to enjoy the here and now.

I completely understand what you mean. Even though I avoid Air RB myself, I can recognise parallels in the GRB.
As a player myself, I won’t be able to do much about it. I can only make the best of the situation for myself. Yes, there are days when you could bite the edge of the table out of frustration at the things you see and experience. And then there are those few moments when really great things happen.
Unfortunately, people tend to always see the negative. It’s hard to focus on the positive every now and then.
