Bradley and Desert Warrior are 10.0. They are pretty much just TOW slingers, their guns are useless vs anything with even a little armour and neither can hulldown
does it really count, that thing is the same as bmpt, a monster hull down.

yeah having like a million atgm. at this point just put the ariete at 9.7 and call it a day
also dont base the whole perf of a ifv simply of its atgm, tow can /need to be fixed

Your argument is that the BMPT cannot be 11.7+ because those tanks could kill it before the ATGM impacted and kill said MBT, right?
This is despite the fact that the ATGMs it has are very fast, and its very very capable at hiding in hull down and can fire on the move. A rare trait for ATGM vehicles. It can also fire 4 very rapidly. No MBT can fire 4 shells in rapid fire.
and yet… Vehicles like the Desert Warrior and Bradley, at 10.0, which have slow ATGMs, cannot be fired on the move, cannot really be fired hulldown, all whilst in vehicles with a fraction of the survivability of a BMPT (whos armour can actually resist top tier shells I might add) are supposedly fine at their current BR (for the record, both routinely compete for the worst performing vehicle at 10.0 by quite a margin)
Yes. At 11.7+ the BMPTs would no longer be able to press W and get nukes quite as easily. But quite frankly, for anything with an autocanon, that is exactly how it should be balanced. It should be placed at a BR where its armour is heavily mitigated, force it to play smart. Its still gunna be a giant pain in the ass even if it was placed at 12.7
No where near to the level the BMPT can, a hit to the turret is still gunna do major damage, if not potentially kill the Bradley.
its simple, i will play it 11.7 just for you. wont show down tier ( unless if you want )
hit to the turret of the bmpt can kill the crew and 100% kill both breech / ammo / auto loader / gun barrel
I have hit multiple BMPTs with L27A1, causing one of the guns and ammo feeds to go black, but it hasnt do any damage other than that. I once did that to a BMPT 3 times in a row. It just ducked behind cover, repaired and then went back to firing without issue.
Im not even sure its possible to meaningfully inconvenience a BMPT in a full hulldown. As much as a I hate dealing with 2S38s in a hulldown, at least they usually die with a solid hit, or at worst, cant fire back anymore
12.7 it’d be fine its got the armor for it and an autocannon with enough penn to punish players and missiles as well.
Option #1 Decompression (fixes everybodys issue, but also, gaijin is never doing it)
Option #2 Uptier the BMPT to where it no longer curb stomps everything below it. (Destroys a single vehicle, nobody else negatively impacted)
Option #3 Do nothing (An entire bracket is made unplayable, 50+ vehicles)

Also they did decompression and now my click bait and m1 HC are at 12 with gen 2 thermals and no commanders sight. How much more must I suffer? Oh wait it took it out of 11.7 to 12 making the abrams even stronger 💀
not to forget you can just skip the relic era and just pen front plate like butter.

very lucky shot that went around your relikt by hitting the very side of the front plate, it’s absolutely not a consistent shot. Moreover you’re not even playing the BMPT hull down so dying is definitely your fault there.
Stop trying to defend the vehicle because you’re scared to see it go in BR because you’re having such a good time farming with it, I can see those two kills you got right off the start of the match in the latter clip, you have nothing to complain about
yeah that’s the minimal amount of damage you could possibly endure from a chain of 30 mm rounds exploding, the whole vehicle should be toast if we followed gaijin’s logic from other IFVs like the marder getting vaporised from any ammo explosion. On top of that, this ammo chain doesn’t even explode all the time, I’ve seen clips and shot at BMPTs enough to see that this chain doesn’t even do damage reliably
