9.7 is too low for AH-1F, it has thermals and 8 rockets.

Yes it is possible to ignore the text of a modification and just not know whether you have NVD or TVD

TOWs are better than Falanga/Shturm in perfomance.
They have less range.
Try to hit tanks with Shturm’s max range

TOW 2 has slightly less range than Falanga, being much controllable and having twice the pen.
TOW 2 has more pen than Shturm, being about same controllable.AH-1F has better sights, thermals.
Yes the Ah-1f’s thermals should be removed so it can be placed at 9.3
they are better than the falanga, but thats not the case for the shturm, the shturm are just much faster
No, thermals shouldnt be removed, even without it its 9.7 worth heli. You re trying to find excuse to ask for heli downtier.

Scroll up and look what i have said when comparing it to Mi24V/P being on 9.7, it has even pros and cons compared to it.
He surely wants it down so he can heli rush with it.
