Team mates making the game impossible to win

Someone said this was a factor when people quit out of the match without spawning, so I have no idea of the validity, but I know at the bottom end of the game there are no bots.

Hello everyone.

There are many factors that decide whether you win a battle or not, it’s not just the players’ fault or skills. The game had and still has many bugs.

At first I played with planes, because that was the only machine there was, since tanks appeared, I’ve only played them. Four years of break from the game and I have to admit that not all bugs have been fixed in ground mode.

I play mostly at higher ranks. (BR)

And as for winning a battle. It varies. I noticed that some players buy vehicles at high ranks, and the problem is that such people have not even played 100 battles, and they think they can play. I think that someone who is already at such a high rank or has played at least 1000 ground battles, then this person should already know what this game is about. (know the maps, take over points, play as a team).

But also more players play only to destroy as many vehicles as possible without paying attention to other players or the mission goal in general.

If you keep losing battle after battle, take a break for a while.

Create or join a clan and play together with players who know how to play as a team.

Or, If you play many battles and you are doing well. And you notice that there are players in the team who have destroyed a lot of vehicles or are taking over points. You can always write to these players after the battle if they are willing to play together or maybe there is a chance to join the clan.

I’ve written a lot :)

Have a nice time in the game.

I really love the lemmings that rush 15 tanks to one cap point, and take 5 minutes to cap it.
Meanwhile enemy team split up and took two caps and held them because most of my team was wasting themselves to take one CAP. All those tickets lost during that time = frustrating.

The biggest surprise for me is this. When there is one point (A). It is obvious that you have to take over this area. That means you don’t have to. You can completely destroy the opposing team. Most do it, but forget about the second thing.

The best is when a team takes over a given point, then you have to defend it so that the opposing team does not take over. And what happens here? ;) A team takes over a point and suddenly everyone goes their own way out of the area and after less than 2 minutes you look at the map and see that you are alone :)

The opposing team takes over point “A”

There are Bots at the bottom end, whatever that means. of course there’s no bots. Gaijin fanbois say otherwise.

I’m not seeing that at all. If you can’t understand that statement, you could actually ask rather than just saying no, and accusing me of being a gaijin fanboy…

i play the game to shoot planes. whenever a match has heli’s in it, im not even trying to survive. i just wanna get killed and move on to a match that has planes in it.

Same with low tier games players come in from air battle with little or no idea what the objectives are ,where they are ,how to cap etc all they want to do is use a tank till the plane option comes up get in a plane bomb one or two players then die ,move on to another game so on and so forth .
Not giving a damn about helping win its either grind up to ruin high games or ruining low tier they have no intention of playing the full game

many times thats happened to me usually on abandoned factory 5 or 6 of us take the cap while in killing off enemy at B by the side of the ruins look to see if i have backup im faced with two behind and 3 in front half the team is either trying to camp their spawn or what usually happens over half the team leave tanks get planes die and leave the game.
So we end up with about 4 or 5 of us vs nearly the whole enemy team

When you finally get good at War Thunder, you realize that no matter how skilled you are, you will never be able to win a battle alone. No matter how many kills you get—10, 15, 18, 20—you will never win by yourself because victory depends on your teammates. Your friendlies, whether they’re SPAAs, planes, or tanks, play a crucial role in delaying your death from CAS or enemy goobers. Your skill alone won’t win battles—your team will. That’s why squads are overpowered: you can handpick three of the sweatiest, most try-hard players to dominate the battlefield known as competitors to world’s smelliest man.

I saw a player win a game alone not long ago.He won on tickets even though we took the two CAPS.He got 12 kills and took out three enemies alone to win.

How exactly does that work?

Still doesn’t mean that they alone won the match, but your math is off in some form.

And the reason I pick this point is because in domination, if you have 2 of the caps, then ticket bleed is occuring, and unless the enemy decaps any of those caps, then they’re going to face the bleed. If they haven’t got the third, then the ticket bleed is more effective, and thus the 300 tickets that the ‘hero’ in this instance is taking down, isn’t taking into consideration that ticket bleed.

Ahh boo hoo you are taking it personally to support my fan boi statement. Bots have made the arcade portion unplayable and unenjoyable.

Again, I’ve not encountered any bots at the bottom end.

I feel you’re just assuming that players are bots because you’ve been got, which is rather silly, but unsurprisingly common with this playerbase.

What are you talking about? I haven’t seen bots in ground battles for years now…

I hear they do appear in naval…but don’t recall the last time i saw one in ground…
They used to run into buildings and do little anyway…usually were only targets…they were present on beginner matches looooong time ago…never seen one since…

The lone player simply kept playing and getting kills. Its that simple. He went on until the very end and his team took the game on tickets. I thought we had won as we were turning the red cap blue but we lost the game even thoguh we had 7 players left and were taking the zone.
Red won it on Tickets after a time out presumably. Quite sickening after all we did to take the zone.

So your hero wasn’t your hero, it was an enemy hero, and you are cut up still about the fact that you still lost?

(Edit - The real reason you’ve lost is if you had the team number advantage, and had to go cap, you went to go cap too late…)

that’s why i call them “blue enemies”.

i read a bunch of these comments and it looks like interference is being run against you to disqualify facts and blame you. anybody that is making excuses is the problem. having a 10% win rate is not by accident. this is not random. i have 9% win rate in a TAM. i support you 100%. i have been bombed into oblivion so much my air kills are just about equal my tank kills in vickers mk 11. i have to stop scouting and find an incline so i can do my own AA.

Usually, mid tier br ranges have the highest skilled teammates as they aren’t new players and they aren’t braindead top tier wallet warriors.
