Imho you have nothing to worry about.
As long as you don’t make a habit out of this nothing will happen. Game Masters are not in charge for TK related issues, the algorithm decides.
From a pure technical pov killing those guys is rather useless and to a certain degree also counterproductive.
- The guy you killed will not change his behaviour and is after your kill useless as you can’t use him as bait.
- As Air RB is more or less a pure TDM every plane counts.
- Even when he is doing nothing such guys prevent the red square for you if just 2 of your team are left or can be chosen by blind hunt / avenger orders.
So he can be useful - indirectly.

Players can still be reported to GMs
Players may also be banned for unsportsmanship behavior, malicious actions like pushing a friendly tank into a firing position, and for Team Killing, or revenge killing etc etc…
So… best not to take part in any unsportsmanship behavior, since people can report you for it

Genuine question, will a sterner stance be taken on this topic ? It has become a nightmare.
Ive been attacked by allies in my mirage 2000S c4 due to flying near a base.
With absolutely 0 ground attack ordenance, now i did report the player for attempting to tk me however they did fail as i was aware to thier intentions…
It looks like that air space around bases is a rather hostile area :-)
I mean the fact that the player overview / leaderboard is not reliable regarding actually carried weapons is known for years - and gaijin has done nothing to fix this, so they are imho not really innocent…

Definitely a strange one to try combat in fairness.
Like i was at alt of about 600 meters.
I also informed them i am not ground attacking merely supporting them as i enjoy to do.

can we also bring up the horrendous fact now people absolutely strive to shoot down allied nukes?
Just got a nuke there and on the way to the battle field an allied SPAA decided to fire an ungodly amount of missiles at me, then type lol and leave.
Its absolutely ridiculous that there is an absolutely plague of people with brainrot who think this kinda stuff is funny or amusing, went and checked his replays and out of about 10 matches hes Tk’d in six of them.
genuinely need a punishment for consistently team killing man its not even funny anymore, used to be the odd pellet would TK then laugh, now its constantly

The playerbase for this game is getting worse for trolling and Tking.
Had s guy last night activitily refuse to participate in a game saying if he does he looses an rp mod bonus.
Like what ? Youre gonna lose it regardless so just play.

It is frequently mentioned in the forum - even with confessions of nuke team killers (“I don’t wanted that the match ends”).
Imho there was just one thread / post which had a visible reaction from gaijin:
The CM (which is also the Head of Game Masters) reacted there.
The thread was already linked, imho gaijin could easiliy flag nuke carrier team kills and set an auto-temp ban for at least a week for that…

They could just turn off freindly fire on nuke carriers at that point.
People are always gonna do it regardless of the consequences, after over 3000 hours I’ve come to realise that the growing rate of trolls and Tking that is “Justified” over pathetic excuses such as,
" I didnt want the game to end" or “It was my base” , “You took my kill”
etc etc is showing me that we should just turn off friendly fire at this point.
Literally now in higher tier ARB people do it for videos on tik tock or youtube, the level of it is becoming one of the reasons I actively am struggling to enjoy the game as much as I used to.
