its stupid that there is no tank only mode in this game yet even that there is a lot of people asking for it . planes just ruin the tank mode cause u cant do nothing againt planes as * tank * he can just bomb u and u are gone with no counter . some people say why u dont use spaa . the thing is this dont solve the problem that u cant counter the plane as a tank . so you need to die first as a tank from a plane then spawn into spaa . so the fact that u have to die first prove the point of planes bieng stupid in ground mode . another thing is that the game refuse to put tanks in plane mode cause tanks cant do nothing vs planes . so how can u place planes vs tanks in ground mode if u already know that tanks cant do nothing to them . also most spaa stay in main and tanks push . so it will be hard to even take down the planes using spaa cause of the distance . the solution is not to remove the planes . cause there is people like playing spaa and planes in ground . the solution is just to make a tank only mode . so people who hate planes can play there . it dont matter if it effect que time in tank + plane mode cause it still solve the main problem and make people enjoy the game . unless u dont make this mode cause no one will buy premuim planes to use it vs tanks .
If you do this for ground, you’d have to make 3 ground modes into 6, then you could argue naval also needs it which turns 2 naval modes into 4. This is the most lazy way to “fix” cas that exists as an option and would not be healthy for the game
Or you just make one for the most played Ground mode and see how it goes.
I would still like have CAS in ground RB even if it is cancerous. War thunder is not very realistic already and removing another realistic feature is something i won’t like
No one said anything about “removing”. It would be ANOTHER mode.
You want to fly planes against ground units - play GRB.
You want to have tank battles without death from above - play TO.
Win-Win.
no . u just make 1 mode for realistic . no need for arcade or sim . so it will be 4 ground modes in total + this new mode is copy paste from not realistic mode they just need to remove planes from bieng used in line up + removing the airfield icon from the map . thats it . no one talked about naval and i dont know nothing about it . so yes its lazy cause it will take 20 min to make
