Hello everyone! For the past few years we here at the Suggestion section work extremely hard to come up with a fun list to give everyone a laugh for the April Fools or at the low end just entertain a bit. This year will be different though. Because of the backlog we have been facing for effectively the entire year now making about ~20 suggestions for such a list wouldn’t be respectful to anyone.
Not the players who might have been waiting for months at this point for their suggestions to be handled nor the team who has been moving incredible amounts of suggestions.
So instead of that, we will just be showing some behind the scenes information and some of the numbers involved!
Suggestions:
By month
Since this new forum has been opened up in June of 2023 everyone has submitted over 26,113 suggestions. While for operational reasons we had to shut down new suggestions as we did some fixing behind the scenes, 251 suggestions were submitted in June with July reaching up to 1,181 suggestions!
By year
The busiest overall year so far has been 2024 with 9,698 suggestions being created, taking up about 37.1% of all currently submitted suggestions. All of this amounts to, on average ~27 suggestions being created every single day.
Handled
Now looking at this you might wonder why if that many suggestions end up being submitted why relatively speaking few are visible right now.
That’s because a rather large amount ends up never seeing the light of day for various reasons, the most common ones being suggestions that just don’t have any substance to them (Read: a vehicle post with one or two sentences) what results in over 20,112 suggestions being submitted that never end up seeing the light of day.
Comments:
Since 2023 the Suggestion section has had over 113,224 comments left on suggestions, this means that on average, every day ~230 comments have been left on suggestions! While some are off topic generally speaking a lot of you don’t actively try to burn down this area!

Talking about Comments though! Have one of the more unique suggestions you won’t be able to comment on!
Operational tidbits:

The Suggestion Team is not steered by the Developers as to what to pass or when. It’s up to the reader to believe this or not but we broadly speaking have the same level of information as to what is inbound to the game. Sometimes we just get “lucky” when something that gets passed and ends up getting a dev blog the following week, even more so considering that the passed lists end up being finalized more or less a week before being posted.

No, we don’t hate “Insert your favorite nation here” and because of that ignore them for a month. Every nation from the Major Four (USA, Germany, USSR and UK) basically rotate every month between aircraft and ground vehicles. Just because there isn’t a tank this time around doesn’t mean there isn’t a plane. This is mainly done as those four nations have the highest amount of content as is and while extremely popular, the other more minor nations need more attention because of that.

Please stop deleting the poll you get when creating a suggestion, It’s mandatory as a lot of people don’t like to comment.

Yes, you can get a copy of your suggestion if you ask for it. If you however ask for 20 copies in one go we might not indulge that.

Just because there are loopholes in the rules, doesn’t mean that they weren’t left there intentionally.

The entire section is ran by volunteers. yes, we too would prefer to not have a backlog that currently goes back to December of 2025 but there are currently 14 of us and more then a few thousand of everyone. We will be trying to even the odds a bit in the coming days.

We currently cover the entire globe in timezone terms, having mods in North America, Europe and Asia. While we aren’t a (Tenta)cult, nothing is beyond our reach. 🐙
