And as I mentioned when we first saw the Sub teased with the CM No 13…does this mean the Subs will be the main focus and no 4.5 Gens 😭 honestly that’s what I’m thinking
Canada no official confirmation that it will be exclusive to the UK yet.
Though exclusive means nothing considering the US got Norway and another joint Norwegian Vehicle Norway didn’t get lol
I wouldn’t count that as a partial subtree
It’s just not a subtree at all
A bit more focus on boats would be nice tbh, I don’t play them a lot but I wouldn’t mind if boats got some attention
What Canada? Eh they continue to receive Canadian vehicles so for the time I’d consider it a partial. If we go a full year with no Canadian additions I’ll probably change my view on them but for now they fill gaps on the UK or bring unique vehicles to expand lineups.
Jesus Christ this forum is unbelievably illiterate sometimes (most of the time).
This screenshot isn’t from smin. It’s from the suggestion moderators, from their somewhat recent post going into detail about how suggestions are handled and why there was a huge backlog earlier in the year (which I think @Thomas_Belgium personally demolished).
Suggestion mods are just volunteers on the forums that know nothing more about gaijins internal plans and workings than you or I. Them saying they lump Britain in as one of the larger in-game nations isn’t any kind of official confirmation that there is a “big 4”.
It’s a support nation, unless Gaijin goes out of their way to confirm that Canadian vehicles will only be added to Britain, it’s not a subtree.
It’s like Singapore, their vehicles go wherever Gaijin deems fit.
Which is interesting because from a game count (at least with Ground Premiums) perspective Britain doesn’t come anywhere close
Partial/support basically the same thing just different terminology
I’d say air is their bigger pull tbh they have a lot more unique aircraft to get prems of
Also realistically are these stats really fair? Some nations premiums are straight up better than all TT additions or are the only premium available at that tier.
hehe, this means F-15EX devblog will come first :D
Then apologies that’s on me
That isn’t from me at all. Its reffering to the context of suggestions.
Yeah was reading his post
They aren’t perfect, but until Statshark has a public API I can’t go through everything efficiently
That being said, I do think it’s a pretty effective tool for analysis, and can point to where there may be unmet demand.
For example
-
China’s rank V premium play count is very low relative to its higher tier options, so it might not be a bad spot for a future premium
-
France is the only tree to see a continuous drop from rank V on down. Obviously the Somua SM biases this a hit, but I think it points to a huge lack of interest in the Leoaprd 2a4 OTCo
Its more bc that British top tier is bad, yeah sure 5.3 6.3/6.7/7.0 and 10.7 etc are very fun, most players judge a tree by its top tier
However, I do not think that Britain is a part of the “majors” since one way to define them is that you cannot have US, USSR and Germany in the same team, while you can with any of these two and Britain
Tbf there’s a lot of factors for premiums. Most people are gonna buy premiums that more often than not are considered good, look at the J7D that’s a very popular premium not only because it’s kit is great but it’s matchmaker is also very useful. (Who’s gonna buy the Rod Adam lol)
Besides higher rank premiums are more popular in general as they allow people to grind the TT more efficiently. Most people buying a lower tier prem are doing it to add to a SL grinding lineup.
Never! :'(
this is for suggestions specifically, we rotate the 4 major nations for air and ground for passing (August had US and UK Air + Germany and USSR Ground, September had Germany and USSR Air and US and UK Ground)
