It’s not all CAS, but it’s always CAS
You know that combined arms mode is on it’s weak legs when people aren’t even obliged to slot in an aircraft in their loadout to be able to queue for the “combined arms”.
The matter of a fact is that “combined” aspect doesn’t even need to happen during a game, which is quite ironic if the focal point of the mode is the “combined” aspect of it’s own.
Nothing better than ousting CAS from GRB so Gaijin finally has to change Air modes and make them playable again.
GRB shouldn’t be a victim of Air modes being total cesspools like they’re currently.

Just play Air if you want to fly a plane. If the only fun thing about GRB is the planes, then quite obviously you don’t actually play GRB: you play ARB with moving ground targets.

there is no gamemode for helis outside of GRB

There is no CAS gameplay in ARB or ASB at this moment in time

ARB is especially bad for mud movers.
The “Play air modes if you want to play planes” doesnt work if those gamemodes are designed only for fixed wing fighters and there is basically nothing for about 40% of aircraft

IRIS-T SLM is probably as good as you are ever going to get, but still need our 100km Spear-3s
And then CAS can get buffed. its about 1/10th the performance it should be.
Like Typhoon is artificially limited to the 15km version of its AGM.
That AGM is artificially limited to not have any form of FnF.
The moment every nation gets 40km SPAA, we can get 60km FnF LOAL weapons for the Typhoon and thats the weakest AGM the Typhoon ever used
Hey. I play all 3 gamemodes and use tnaks and aircraft as intended. Just because you could never be bothered to play 1/3 of the game and most importantly the original gamemode, doesnt make me bad at the game. Just makes you lazy. Not my fault tanks are badly modeled, the maps are badly made and the devs have no idea what balance is.
You probably play one of the easy nations like Germany or Soviets, but for everyone else, especailly at top tier where not everyone even has a competitive MBT. CAS basically hte only option.
But imo, anyone crying for TO just has skill issues

SLM is also lacking in performance as of currently.
Not to mention other versions of the missiles and other AA systems as a whole that can reach hundreds of kilometers.
