For Other AGM`s Like: Kh-25ML\S-25L: They are laser guided, the enemy will dodge them by either Deploying smoke cover or using terrain\Building\structures, They also good dont get me wrong, But IT NEEDS CONTINUOUS ILLUMINATION to the enemy vehicle\nearby location, Which the CARRIER AIRCRAFT ( su-39 ) needs to be visible all the way until missile impact. WHICH IS extremely dangerous in UPTIER.
For AAM they R-60M`s ( No IRCCM Misses easily when flared ), AND for R-73 case: the R-73 Is Good dont get me wrong, BUT It wont benifit alot from dogfight, U still can use your Radar To PD and lock onto enemy vehicle from Extreme angle of attacks but The Thing is it will be offbore shot and there will be not enough gimbal Space to see the whole vehicle AND it will lock onto the Previously deployed enemy flare, WHILE The R-73 is impressive in G-pulls or performance and speeds, YOU only get 2 of it, AGAINST an enemies with ACTIVE RADAR HOMING missiles Which you can see the technological and Tactical difference here, R-73 is Still Usable in Dogfight ( Which rarely happens if u survived direct Face on engagement In Air to air scenearios ) And it will be useless when trying to shoot the enemy AFTER or BEFORE the Dogfight if he knows the presence of the Su-39 which ALSO is flareable and gets dodged.
for the Anti radiation missiles they are good, but not perfect: Su-39 does have Kh-31P L-111\L-112\L-113 The Ramjet variant, AND The Kh-58 ARM, AND Including the Special Kh-25MPU anti radiation missile with various radar bands targeting availability, BUT all of those anti radiation missiles STILL gets on the enemy radar and ARE interceptable, SINCE the IRIST and OTHER SPAA`s that DO have BOTH ARH\IR MISSILES On their armament, WHEN those SPAAs get a detection on their radar It fires a missile for each ARM you fire, AND SINCE THEIR Surface to AIR missiles ARE UNPARALLELED In terms of accuracy ( MEANING THEY ARE SO ACCURATE THEY WONT GET “CLOSE” THEY GET FACE HIT TO YOUR ARM MISSILE AND NOT NEARBY IT ), It Will destroy it even without the need of their proxy fuse, And SINCE you only carry 2 Of kh-25MPU realistically only in the battle, You will fire them and both of them gets intercepted.
AND For the GSH-30-1 cannon, It yes do have APHE but THAT IF you managed to get close to the battlefield without getting shut down due to the Enemy Controlled air space.

Frankly if the f14D (few other vehicles aswell) can get a c&p TT variant I don’t see why the su39 couldn’t with r27,r77 at 13.0
So maybe just make a suggestion thread for a TT su39 with air to air missiles
