Su-33 as of today still missing all of its AGM and GBU
Su-33 doesn’t have capabilities to use guided weapons. Even on a Su-33M there is no confirmation of such capabilities, only rumors.

so how would the Su-33 use the Kh-25, without a laser designator or TGP?

For advanced functionality with those missiles.
For the basic SEAD role, particularly in a naval sense, pointing the nose towards the RWR ping, raising the nose and firing is all that is required.
Or do I need to explain Vietnam SEAD tactics to you as well?

also the pod is only needed for laser homing right? something with TV, ARM and S/ARH is supposed to be self homing and Kh-25mp is supposed to be anti radiation
