R-73 spinning out are server side issue, they are perfectly viable in low speed close ramge dogfight.

If replays from older version of games can still be played, I should have three or four battles saved where i dunked on people with Su-33 AoA limiter+r73 combo.
Its a risky manuever cuz it kills all your speed so you need to have alt to regain it back but once you get knack for it, it can work.

I hate to be this guy, but why do people that claim this plane is soooo overpowered do so poorly in the thing most of the time.
Like if you want to claim someyhing is overpowered sure, but at least do decently in the plane to give your claim some credibility.

advantages like better weapons, character abilities, or faster progression(in case of war thunder it changes nothing), which makes it difficult for non-paying players to compete.

Pay to progress doesn’t exist, it’s cope that shills have mad eup to defend blatantly p2w games, these are the same people relegating the definition of p2w to an extremely specific case which never happens even in some of the most p2w games.
These are the same people which will tell you that su30mk2 isn’t p2w because j11a was also lowered, it’s not about grinding faster it’s about having a massive competitive edge when using paid vehicles, and there being a free analogue is irrelevant.

Irrelevant it was brought down to justify the su30mk2 being 13.3. and besides just cause there is a free analogue to the p2w vehicle available to some players it doesn’t change that it’s still very much p2w.
