As usual Gaijin blessed us with a plane they knew would over- perform. As usual, russian.
So far so normal.
However, never before was a plane broken op in all game modes. It is broken op thanks to its cas loadout. The Tornado they just added it at the exact same ground br but cannot turn, has no useful anti air capability and WORSE AIR TO GROUND WEAPONS. This is because only russians are allowed op self homing weapons, not the british and other nations using their weapons.
And onlike the tornado, the su30 is also super easy to use in air battles, so easy that, say, if a complete noob got it, he could still almost get a kd of 1 right away.
Gaijin MUST have been aware of this before adding it.
So please, instead of closing this, dear mods, either give a proper statement or adjust the pay to win planes BR in both air and ground battles at once.
Even the content creators are calling your recent pay to win battle rating decisions a complete joke.

Su-25K is an 10.3 all-aspect slinger and the S250 rockets make it a pain in the butt CAS aircraft in GRB. Not too mention they are annoyingly tanky to shoot down.
Yak-38, maybe, though gets 4x R-60 at 9.3 where the direct equivalent the Harrier Gr1 is 9.7 and the SRAAMs have only just gotten to be better than the R-60s
