Su-25K is an 10.3 all-aspect slinger and the S250 rockets make it a pain in the butt CAS aircraft in GRB. Not too mention they are annoyingly tanky to shoot down.
Yak-38, maybe, though gets 4x R-60 at 9.3 where the direct equivalent the Harrier Gr1 is 9.7 and the SRAAMs have only just gotten to be better than the R-60s

My single biggest issue with it is missile count.
Sure, some people might claim mid RWR and mid radar, but argument that MiG-29SMT is 13.3 anyway cannot stand.
SMT can carry 6x missiles total. That leaves its tactical choices somewhat limited, and its kinda balanced.
But the amount of missiles on Su-30 is what, 6x ARHs and 4x IRs on top of that (not at PC right now so cant check)?

You forgot that the Yak has, and always has had a considerable worse airframe. I’d also argue that the A-10 is more egregarious than the Su-25.
The RWR is good, but what does the 2 radar missiles part mean?

sorry for the language, but bottom 2nd Rocket targets, amount of targets jet can track while shooting Fox-3
for comparison Viggen DI can track 4
13.3 should have never been added 13.0s are now stuck fighting FOX-3 R77s and alike 24/7 now
