So recently I got the Su-27 and after about 30 round or more I was basically rage quitting due to constantly being up tired also sniped by fox-3s. Like is that I have a skill issue or isn’t the balancing in BR.
Also the Stock grind is a pain R27R just don’t feel good but I don’t know yet about the R27T .
Im sure Su-27 isnt far behind Su-33 in terms of performance, and Su-33 is fine.
If your issue its getting sniped by fox 3s, then not even a Su-30 will make you any difference
1: Use the Su-27 as a flanker, go around the map and terrain, don’t go up high in the sky.
2: the R-27Ts are IR missiles. You want the ERs, not Ts.
3: Multipath. “Buh buh no skill” no one cares, fly low, multipath near terrain, and snipe at unsuspecting players within 10km.
Multipath is just SO RNG, at leats notching you have reliable results.
Its stock bro
Pun intended?
There is pretty bad compression at the moment, but the Su-27s are largely fine and certainly shouldnt be moved down.
I cant think of a single vehicle where the stock grind isnt a pain.
Its literally designed to be a pain so you spend money on GE to skip some/all of it
also any tips like when t use the missiles what range yk type stuff
The game gives you all the information you need regarding ranging.
R-73 though is always your short range SRAAM. I think typically you want to use them within 1.5-2km to get the most out of the IRCCM. Use with the HMD to win a lot of dogfights that the FM alone wouldnt normally allow you to win
R-27ETs are your long ranged IR weapons, very potent in rear-aspect due to their speed or firing at something distracted, but will often go for flares, so not a guranteed kill.
R-27ERs are extremely powerful SARH weapons, easily the best SARH in-game, and on par with early Fox-3s. Id say generally dont fire much past 15-20km though. Once you get more confident with them you can fire them at a target, then switch off your radar and then when the missile is closer, switch it back on and resume guiding it, which reduces the warning the target gets
but read the guide above, and pay attention to things like the rMax and LSZ and you’ll be fine
Giving information based upon spaded performance, because stock performance is always bad and its like judging a book by its cover, but the R-27R/Ts are just shorter ranged versions
Okay? Doesn’t change to flank around the map, fire at unsuspecting players. Oh, ground pound gives you plenty of RP, taking out MiG 15s/A-4s gives you RP and pads your stats.
Russian flankers are meta at every tier
Trust me, the Su-27S is very good
horrible advice
Stock is hard in any jet…BUT are you telling us that if we watch your Server Replays…you are playing Very Very well keeping your energy up and not positioning in bad spots on the map??? 95% to top tier jets is putting your jet in the right place and watching what your team is doing on the map!
I’m looking forward to the SU33, the r27er seems so fun and you carry like, 12 of em? the dream…
I watched a replay, Respectfully I would say…work on notching ( XD I could as well) (lots of Good YouTube videos) and pay very close attention to your RWR and the direction of threat!!!..everyone gets got by missiles even the Pros!..practice, practice practice! The big thing is to NOT give up!..Iron Within, Iron Without!!!
Thing is you cant really always rely on notching, especially if servers are having their bi-hourly hiccups, or when its Mr. Worldwide with 3 trillion ping going against you lol
the % amount of times lag will kill you in a Notch…thats got to crazy low…we are assuming X/Y player is playing on usable internet for a PvP game :/ trying to pawn off Notching not working cuz the server lags…you get the PL every so often…but not every game!
Im playing with gigabit up/down fiber, the amount of times lag/these servers being absolute trash has killed me is atleast 20% of the time in notching
How? It’s the best way to grind?
