I have the a5c for a while have a 2.23 kd in it and its horrendous at 10.7 you dace mig 23s your teammates have d syndrome and are lobotimized also not to mention it compressing way too much also if its 10.7 it should have a all aspect missle because it can face mig 23 etc. Once again a perfect example of gajins ass br balancing system

Compression. Raising or lowering BR here is meaningless
Don’t forget 10.0/3 a5c had been a nightmare towards everyone below.

It’s just compression, any lower then it will begin facing flareless aircraft more often and those Magics become more or less 2 free kills without much effort. Any higher, than the A-5C would get demolished by everything in the 11.0 - 12.0 bracket.

A-5C at 10.7 is very subpar. It’s funny when I get to dogfight half the team at the same time for a while but its not an effective plane overall.
The Q-5s are more fun and effective because of the lower BR, most of the A-5C’s magic 1 shots get flared away at 10.7+ anyway.
And 10.7 BR has been getting full uptiers like 80% of the time for a while now. Just avoid. Either play 10.3 or 11.3+ because playing 10.7 right now is just asking to suffer.

Yeah thats what im sayin and the compression is worse than like 2 years ago tbh its awful
Yeah imo remove the magic and just give it the 9p which is dodgeable if your above 1000kmh and then 10.0-10.3 is more resonable imo
10.3 wasnt bad at all rbh because of its bad manouvrability at high speed in the mig 21s f4c and so on i had a 50/50 chance going against it, i think it should be 10.3 but the main problem is compression tbh
If u think the a5c is bad, look at the q5a and q5l, they dont even have missiles and are at 10.0, a 9.7 aircraft at best at 10.0 bc lolz
Theyr better xD i played them they can get 2 bases instead of 1 and are at 10.0 just use ur good flight performance against stuff like delta wings and you can manage to get some kills

According to the a5c flight manual it should have new hydraulics which make it compress less than the mig 19 rn it compresses more
You keep ur speed well just energy trap them

The A5C was introduced at 10.0 with airspawn, killed the whole BR bracket. No one flews it as Strike Aircraft back in time.
With all the changes through time, it became more or less useless to an average player.
And as long as these “grinding” players “abuse” it as bomber, it will never go down in BR.
Maybe it becomes better with decompression, but GJN’s decisions over time let me give up on this thought.
