What you NEED to do is use that Magnificent Human Brain in your skull and Think for a second.

Every spot can be countered one way or another, be it flanking, or just finding a new route to a objective that avoids the Line of sight from said spot.

Enemy can only reach the spawn if the team loses map control.
Not all vehicles are designed to brawl. Most people play war thunder because it was somewhat realistic and we could use our vehicles according to its design.

Map pings and teamwork has never hurt anyone.

If they are asking for help, I don’t see an issue with that.

CAS is OP, and it’s worse on open maps (which are large maps because gaijin thinks large=open field).

That is blatantly incorrect. Due to gaijins poor map design, you often aren’t able to flank or hide in order to not die. It’s just bad map design that’s made worse on larger maps.

they don’t deserve to come here and cry when they love to play the tanks around its weakness especially the high tier most of MBT are not brawler use them as brawler and expect them do go well?
not even mention light tanks that premium.

Bigger map you earn point harder and looking for enemy is harder (maybe not by much but still)
small map you get point faster by spawn light tanks cap and do something a little and you can jump to CAS within 2min
what i mean is they don’t deserve to come here and cry when they literally “ask for it”
CAS is OP and easy to spawn because the game makes it too easy that what i mean
larger and longer map it harder to do that at least high tier because everyone is fast you can’t just go cap scout a little and spawn CAS withn one or two min you might get snipe because going for cap for free SP
small map nothing stops you from going for nearest cap for free SP

Well I do not mind good positions however removing abusable positions is rather welcomed.
Like Japan “out of bounds” hills in the middle or on same map you could climb mountain to the west in the past and shoot entire map.

I really miss Fulda forest thou. It was so much fun to hide in it with 9040 BILL and pop castle rushers.
Not anymore because fun is not allowed and ATGMs carriers are like bombers in AirRB. Useless.

Well, there was that T-90M in Ukraine that got tag teamed by the 2 barleys, but that’s a good example of why they try to avoid close in fights, it’s a lot harder to track a fast moving target when its close.

Yes, there are CQC situations, but in all and really all of those, there was infantry around. In WT there is no infantry, so that argument doesn’t hold water.

There were a couple of attempts of CQC with armor only in the past. Two I can remember right now. Germans tried it in Poland in 1939, and Russia tried it in Grozny in 1995. Both were utter failures.

I didn’t say it has never happened, I’m making the point that compared to real life use both in combat and doctrinally tanks don’t behave the way they do in War Thunder at all, so it’s a very very silly comparison to make.

Tank brawling could be stopped almost completely by making tank gun barrels physical objects that do not clip through other objects. But IIRC they said they would not do that.

This would be a pain to model and to make people happy with. Personally, I don’t want to hit my barrel every minute and if it damages it that would be significantly worse. Would promote playing with IFVs a lot aswell, which would dominate every BR bracket

Community will never end talking about how bad maps are and the gameplay style is, and how they ruined previous mechanics like on old times. And Gaijin looks like will never listen, just ignore it.

They have lot of potential but they refuse to unleash it

Its hard to build something and its easy to destroy something, gaijin has been just destroying

Apparently you can get corner-to-corner city brawls with capture points less than ~300 meters away from each other even in ground sim.
