I feel a forum moderator has little teeth in the matter if a game master has so far been fairly ineffective as well.
I think only the community manager, suggestion managers and technical moderators have any real weight.

The Developers are listing to the Community… I have no influence whatsoever… absolutely 0%
I am still part of the Community, I was hand picked from this very community… But, I have no influence on Development whatsoever, unless I am part of a project like I was for the ITT… or I specify that I / we (Staff) are offering feedback…

Well, I would not say “nothing happened” Staff Feedback, Bug reports, Suggestions are still taken into consideration just as with the rest of the Community, but just because we are part of the Staff, does not mean that we have any more importance over anyone else, as you have hinted towards

Well, CMs, will have some weight, since they will see concerns from the community and pass them onto the Developers
