What I’m afraid of right now is what will happen when they add turret baskets to the Merkavas. I’ve seen many people mad about it.

The armor is paper and it just relies on angles and stuff absorbing pen to not pop off. So more stuff if there may help.
Plus the mk4’s don’t have a basket. That’s why it’s so roomy.
a merkava 4a as a premuim i think will be good, because the raam sagol is getting uptiered to 12.7 alot and the Mk4 could survive slightly more, then also they could lower the tier of the raam sagol

and i dont think adding a top tier tank is needed, what is needed, is a merkava armor rework, namer armor rework (comon, a merkava without the turret but same weight = way less armor and worse speed?)

i agree, but im thinking another one just because alot of nations ingame already have 11.3 and 11.7 premiums, and israel has the raam sagl which gets uptiered alot, so if they add one that is 11.7 they could lower the raam sagol’s BR, but also yeah fix the armour already pls
I’m on board for a majority of changes, however there are some I beleive you’re just absolutely wrong about.
Firstly the Sabra Mk.1:
It should be at 10.0 and it should stay there. Your comparison to a light tank is hilarious and quite foolish. It’s a great tank and it more than viable with its gun and ammunition. I would however love to finally see the composite armor on this vehicle buffed, give its weaker than rubber fabric screens man…
Secondly the A-4N Ayit:
It’s fine at 10.0 in GRB, if fact it should even be there is Air RB man. It’s Mavericks and Walleyes are quite strong and unseen at the BR, and it’s a very potent SPAA killer.
Thirdly the Merkava Mk.3s:
Perhaps earlier versions can be limited to the earlier 120mm APFSDS rounds used by the Merkava (not ingame yet) and dropped in BR only then, but they’re mostly fine where they’re at. Their mobility is fine for the most part, their protection is decently viable and trolly, and their cannon is quite powerful and effective. It should not see itself going anywhere below 11.0, and it never will given Israeli players are too skilled to let that happen.
Next the Merkava Mk.4s:
It’s fine at 12.0 and should go no lower (although yes an argument could be reasonably made for the non APS variants to be 11.7). It has some decent armor, enough in which an M1 or M1 KVT cannon reliably pen the vehicle to knock out any turret crew from the front except with a pixel shot. It’s a great tank, much better than the Arietes at the same BR. You’ll live, as have I. Just needs its armor buffs someday and we’ll be good to go.
Lastly the Aircraft, Kurnass/Kurnass 2000/AH-60:
Just a LOT of decompression in Ground RB when it comes to CAS, hopefully it’ll be fixed someday but as of now it is what is it, and Israel isn’t the only one suffering from this.
As for things such as the Early Merkavas going up, kind of torn, so I’ll leave that to those more experienced with it.

Never said it can’t, but it’s unknown how good it actually is so guessing it for the sake of balancing is the right way.
You aren’t supposed to be on an equal footing when compared to a vehicle full BR higher than you, that’s not how it works.
That round is more than enough to deal with 11.0s.

the merkava 4 entered service in ~2002
they designed it in the 90s.

the only reason the 2000 isnt a threat is because israel has good tanks that can hold their line and tank KE rounds
