IRL manual tank crews can and have reloaded in 4 seconds per round for over 5 rounds.
Outside autoloaders without computer controlled reload rates [AMX-13] reloads are set to a slower amount than their IRL counterparts in-game to allow for balancing in either direction.
Cause manual tank crews are able to go from 3.8 and as long as they want.
And modern autoloaders can do their maximum speed to a slower speed depending on what the maintenance team does with the program.

Atomic Heart’s publisher is Focus Entertainment and its developer is Mundfish.
Focus Entertainment has published Space Marine 2, Snowrunner, A Plague’s Tale, Insurgency, etc.
Well, the Developers are from Russia. and
Maybe VKplay published Atomic Heart in the ‘CIS region’.

You can’t get f4s on your team if you’re playing at 12.7 grb. They should have some tank minimum of 11.7, heli, or jet at 11.7 for grb.They could move some of the best jets br up to 13.0 for grb so we can’t be team with 11.7 clickbait players. Gaijin wouldn’t do it because clickbait serves as quick way to top tier vehicle. Most of the clickbait players doesn’t bother grinding jets even with premium f4s.

I think I might be stuck on full uptier match forever even if ‘USA low WR is cured’
I mainly use 10.3 wolfpack at the 12.7 grb lineup, its not a problem for ground. People who grinded top tier jet could struggle with tank mechanics but 13.0 grb eliminates lvl 10 clickbait players. 10.7 grb is already dead for me, you’re facing leopard 2pl, t80u with m1 abrams, or you’re facing m1a2 as leopard2a4 which is not fair. It wasn’t like that before.

USA has the best round out of the 2nd best platform of tanks.
USA has the best CAS classed as a fighter, and tied for CAS classed as a strike aircraft.
USA has the 2nd best light tank only behind Sweden.
USA has the single largest top BR lineup in the game of MBTs firing meta ammo, let alone competitive ammo.
Soviets have 1 tank equal to M1A2 SEP, and 1 tank equal to M1A1 HC at a higher BR. The rest are slower or have significantly worse ammo options.
And yes, I’m well aware I’ve done as well in my T-80U as I have Abrams. It does help that I played T-80U right before and after M829A1 was added to the game, and stopped playing it when the matchmaker stopped being Warsaw vs NATO.
