Hell, fuck this whole stock grind and make the TT grind longer. and compensate us with spaded vehicle from the get go. I want to fly something with everything it got already installed. not this half-assed bullshit. I’m done unlocking shit. If there’s something I want to grind it’s the vehicle. not the damn shit it got.

it is said that the F35s stealth is good enough to keep it hidden in radar noise well past its own weapon release range. (against modern fire control radars!!! against surveillance its probs better)

With the AIM120 C5 having a range of 150km the maps and aircraft spawns are way way too close for the stealth to make any difference. And to add on top of that any change in attitude of the F35 will negatively affect it further.

you would be suprised how easy it is to sneak up on some of the robots once you turn your radar off and fly low your stealth would make you not be picked up nearly as much on there radars further helping it

i don’t know of any IR radiation reducing features on the F35. I know they tried on the F117 but the F35? idk

the F117 doesnt get its low ir signature even modeled its hotter from range than a F5 on full reheat

there are definetively some IR signature reducing measures in place, issue is, again, at ramges where combat happens with sidewinders in WT, they wouldnt help at all.

It does actually, just hte F-5 is even colder due to how badly modeled IR sigs are

$80 that they charge does not include the ability to not do stock grind. really not worth the damn money in any metric ngl.

Let’s not forget that some of those $80 stuff they sell is pure unadultered dogshit in the first place. Case and point those fucking harriers, MiG-21, Su-22, every other frogfoot, and that damn F-104S.

it shouldnt be able to be locked by anything that uses IR from below for example a AIM 9L shouldnt get a front aspect lock from below or even the FIM-92K stinger or whatever the russian one uses im spacing on its name

Nor should you be able to lock onto a harrier in top aspect (Including potentially Aim-9Ls) or in rear aspect when viffing with most rear-aspect IR missiles in game.

stock with chaff you still stand little chance against most other planes as you need more missiles 2 9M and 2 120C5s wont net you many kills against decent openets when they launch 9 back at you bare minimum you need 4 missiles stock

wouldnt be so bad if top tier was more balanced.

Unless Lockheed engineers already found a way to violate laws of physics, F-35s still have only reduced IR signature, not non-existent.

Reduced IR signature works only at range.
