I have absolutely opposite experience. But I am simulator player. There, the only threat is the AIM-9L. Other western missiles are literally garbage. Yeah and in arcade I made a lot of damage by R-24T when I spammed them from 8km and the enemies didn’t even know that I was shooting at them. xD

In regards to FaF ATGMs mounted on AFVs, are there any logic to the path it chooses to its target? ie whether it chooses to go high or straight on its approach to the target

distance, dont ask me at what distance specialy it changes
Using the freccia and shooting at the t64 @ 1200m i had 3 go high and 5 directly on. All 3 that went high came from the left launcher.
I noticed that as well. the left launcher will do direct or top attack but the right launcher will only ever do direct.

Lol, at any distance, the left launchers first 3 shots always go for height, meanwhile the 4th goes directly at the target. All 4 launches from the right launcher goes directly at the target
A QN506 once tried to kill me with it’s f&f missiles at 500 m.All of his missiles flew over my tank.I really felt bad for that guy so i didnt shoot back at him instantly.
