I have had a number of games where we got over run and those who were left fought hard and wiped out the enemy who like fools rushed the spawn. Then we charged forward.Sadly the game normally ends before any kind of comeback. So my point is; I would take quality over quantity every time and if people want to ODL then good riddance ,more kills for the rest of us.
I also have had games where I am struggling to keep up in a good team where good players in faster tanks just kill everything and race ahead to spawn camp. No score for Eddie : )
I’ll take the losing side maybe
I am sure you feel the same and have experienced the same.
But they don’t just die instantly, they can have some effect if they are actually MAKING SOME EFFORT rather than curling up into the fetal position and quitting the match.
I think you are right.I mean just how many people are actually spending £60 OR $80 on a premium anyway? Would there be so many that it makes for all those ODLs?
You can add to your list the Uptier and those who flatly refuse to play the new red line narrow maps.
Maybe after 12 years people have just changed ,too intolerant to go along with the things players used to go along with.
I have mostly stopped queueing. I don’t play any of my tanks at BRs where helicopters are available. A lot of the time I do play now is in Air RB. (Though I play less in a month than I used to play each day.)
The games I used to hate were where I would play until the end from the bottom BR, with half my team gone by the time I died my first time, and did not make more RP or SL over time than I do now when I play 1DL. I didn’t enjoy those games. I do frequently still get killed by aircraft, even when 1DLing.
If the game is set up for pilots, and you’re a tanker, then much of what you say about the game will seem “defeatist” to those that enjoy flying. The only real counter to aircraft in this game is other aircraft. (With the exception of certain SAMs, and maybe the Otto)
That’s just you, and this idea that people carry, and don’t enthuse. Plane also doesn’t matter.
That’s perception because you can easily spawn… SPAA…
If you gave them some form of resistance, they wouldn’t have the sky as everyone would be using SPAA, but because this complaint has been going on, and any advice to actually do anything about it aside from getting kills, is literally shot down and dismissed, no-one does.
Whilst you think that the plane, with it’s 5x the SP cost of a SPAA at it’s base is the counter, it’s not the sole counter.
Which brings us back to your team and no doubt, avoidance of actually squading on the regular, and just expecting the team to do what you think.
Nope, you’re misconstruing the point in desire to argue for the sake of it…
The point made is about people actually making effort rather than dismissing and negatively judging something that hasn’t come to fruition, abandoning the entire team, for the sake of their precious KDR, or ‘gifting’ SP or a kill to someone.
It’s nothing at all to do with ‘force’ as that comes to the crewlock that they rightfully deserve. Efficacy, also, has nothing at all to do with anything…
i must admit i have done this before for multiple reasons but i do have a suggestion on how this can be reduced, basically reduced RP and SL gain by however long they’ve been in the match and how many times they’ve died say they’ve been in for 10% of the match so they only get 10% RP and SL and this gets nullified more and more with a combination of deaths and time spent and probably leading towards gains in SL and RP if they stick around longer and try even if they don’t kill anyone. this can help with both economy issues of sticking in a game were you are getting wrecked and provide incentive to stay.
This is nothing at all to do with it, but a lot to do with it.
You’re proving what was said elsewhere about the demanding and abusiveness of those proponents, and you’re proving my point about you shouting down any contrarianism to your point, ignoring the points made.
It’s about your willingness to bring that ‘hatred’ comment into this forum, as a way of making that person and thier opinion the villain. That’s why I was picking that portion out…
I also mentioned I actually dislike even having the mode discussed because of the abusive nature of those who are disagreed with in terms of this to make such absurd attacks and labeling for the sake of it.
What was actually said that you think was a lie, because quite frankly, you’re wanting to paint people out as things, but I think you should prove yourself… What did I say that was a LIE…
