Double reward and people would not start buying boosters anymore and the in game bonus less popular because people would just almost camping near the base waiting until the battle is over and losing half your team in 5 min is fast.

Doubling the reward would absolutely make people buy boosters, knowing if their team folds the rewards will be stacked. Losing your team in under 5 mins isn’t as rare as you think it is, it’d dependent on the BR you play and the nation you play. Plus 5 minutes works out better because in the event you do lose your team in that timeframe, people can’t just simply abuse it.

Why should people buy booster if they get free booster by daily login and buying top tier prem verhicle give more reward then booster. The booster aren’t cheap and rewarding people for staying in battle is good idea.

Why would you assume this?

Boosters will still increase what you get from the battle. If players are buying them now, there’s no reason for them to stop.

PLEASE We need this system

Good, we don’t need ODLs playing the game, we need people willing to play the game.

Have fun in your long wait in the queue…

I will, because it means I’ll be put into matches where the fate is decided based on player skill (or at least, more so), not because half the team disappeared within the first 3-5 minutes.

While you’re at it - should players who refuse to play the objectives be punished? That’s one of the main reason why I might leave after 1 death. If the team is not interested in trying to cap (win the battle) then I am not interested in helping them.

Punishing players NEVER works. It always backfires. The solution is to fix issues with the game.

But having said all there, you do realize there are ways for players to nullify that ban suggestion.

  • Don’t exit the battle. After 1 death, go get a coffee or do a chore that would last until the battle is over.

You’re just mad because it means you’ll be punished for your bad behavior.

Besides, we already have punishments for idle players - the activity percentage (which I do have some gripes about how that’s calculated, but that’s more about playstyle clash than anything.)

It’s called letting people do what they want. Whether a person wants to stay or leave in a match should be completely up to them

I would say: Give a 5% rp bonusfor every time spawned (not counting the first spawn)

There should just be more rewards given the more time you spend in a battle. For example, giving 1.5x rewards every 5 minutes

RP gain is already majority based on playtime and activity percentage in a match.

Mad? No. I just think the suggested ideas are naive and flawed. The suggestions will lead to players quitting the game. And Gaijin will most certainly not adopt suggestions that will incent players to quit the game.

FYI - regardless of how many tanks a player uses, getting killed in combat does not constitute “passivity”.

Here’s another way of circumventing the type of punshment suggested.

  • After losing 1 tank, instead of exiting, a player could re-enter the battle with a vehicle that is well below the BR range of the battle. This vehicle would almost certainly not contribute to the team, and in fact may be a liability to the team, as it would just provide the enemy with an easy kill. You actually think that is better than the player just leaving? More tickets lost this way…

You never answered my question. Should players in this “team based” game be punished for not trying to complete the battle objectives?

Might not be a bad idea, but it would take a bit of work to codify what constitutes “not achieving objectives” and “trying to achieve objectives but can’t for one or another reason.”

They can always go into a light and scout…

I’ve done an ungodly amount of scouting this way

Sometimes I have to take a shower afterwards…

Possibly. or it could be a Panzer 3 E in a rank 4 battle.

I think you’ve missed my point.

The player is spawning this 2nd tank with the sole purpose of avoiding the suggested punishment. Good chance they contribute nothing to the team, and a likely chance they help the enemy team by dying a 2nd time and removing tickets.

This is better than ODL how?
