Would any russia player (preferably with multi nation experience) be willing to give me a short rundown what specifically makes the BUK so bad that its performance completely stinks compared to other ARH SPAA like the SAMP?
It is not bad, it is incredibly good lol. You can notch it but that’s not special to the BUK, you can barely multi path if even at all sometimes

Its radar performance is not very good, probably same other radar at the BR of 11.7, but in other aspects, it is completely OP，far surpassing other vehicles.
