So we will get ANOTHER russian spaa?

I don’t need to own the PUMA to play it. The reason I said

Also using italics for the word stock… Hmm I wonder what that means

If only that was true in the slightest. Maybe they aren’t the best at top tier, but no other nation is as consistently good as the US is in air. Ground is more debatable, but it’s not like they are bad.

???
Desert Storm didn’t happen in your timeline?

Baghdad was the second most protected city in the world with AA after Moscow. And Iraq was better equipped and experienced after years of war against Iran than any Warsaw Pact nation in 1989, except of course USSR.

Result? The coalition lost 31 tanks, 28 Bradley. Iraq lost ~3’300 tanks, ~2’100 APC/IFVs.

“I find the stock PUMA VJTF WAY more comfortable than using a 2S38” Quote from you

I find the stock T-80BVM WAY more comfortable than using Leopard2A6. If I said this and you find out I’ve never actually played on T-80BVM, do you think this is not a dishonesty?

Big thank to AspectOfTheRAGE btw

These guys when they get caught lying:

Good thing I specifically said in my post, part you even quoted, that the USSR had a better system than Iraq. Good job. Do an effort actually reading what I wrote next time.

the Iran–Iraq War gave Iraq 8 years of continuous large-scale warfare experience with:

  • artillery duels
  • armored warfare
  • trench systems
  • chemical weapons
  • air defense under attack
  • Actual air Combat more modern than any conflict before(Tomcat with AIM-54 vs Mirage F1/MiG-23/MiG-25/MiG-29)
  • mass mobilization
  • millions of veterans

By 1991, Iraq had one of the largest armies in the world, commanders who had fought an entire modern war, units that had learned how to survive under fire

This alone puts them far above Warsaw Pact armies other than USSR that had zero real combat experience (including East Germany, Poland, etc.). No army truly knows how good it is until it fights and the Warsaw Pact was as untested as one could be.

Anyway, can we go back to the topic at hand? The new uneeded Pantsir

you do realise you get free vehicles right? when-ever i play germany… you know what i am dishonest… so dishonest… why am i lying about using the PUMA? why? ive never used it in my life.

Would any russia player (preferably with multi nation experience) be willing to give me a short rundown what specifically makes the BUK so bad that its performance completely stinks compared to other ARH SPAA like the SAMP?

It is not bad, it is incredibly good lol. You can notch it but that’s not special to the BUK, you can barely multi path if even at all sometimes

That is what im trying to figure out, because just looking at the specifications there is no reason why its peformance would be this bad

Its radar performance is not very good, probably same other radar at the BR of 11.7, but in other aspects, it is completely OP,far surpassing other vehicles.

That is kinda what i thought, because the missile is specs wise probably the best ARH SPAA missile in the game

Yes, so the performance of the Buk is actually not as good as a super radar SPAA like the Manba, but it’s only a difference like 95 Score versus 100 Score。。。。 will,The Buk is actually already very terrifying; it has three independent life systems, very big missle, and its launcher also has another super radar.
However, it’s clear that Gaijin wants Russian vehicles to be 200 Score.

I thought it fixed?

Nah, I just used it earlier, it has the problem and I have to get usd to it

Since the buk is better than the israel spaa, of course russia needs another spaa to compensate. No bias my friend
