Not only they have +20 km range, but also travel +500m/s faster (1300m/s vs 1800m/s)

Not quite, it’s a Pantsir on a tracked chassis, it will essentially act as a better Tunguska.
Which is actually a really powerful addition for Russia. I take the Tungsuka into top tier still for a last spawn opportunity since you can still shred MBTs from side on, and it can still take out recon drones and helis which get a bit too close. The Pantsir is too tall to reliably do this, and it’s not tracked.

So they nerfed the first Pantsir that has that range to add another vehicle that is the same as the Pantsir was earlier when it was added…How Gaijin of them…

It’s a new pantsir variant (probably s1m Sv) with prolly newer missiles.
The old pantsir has the correct missile

they need a mini pantsir to fill their AA gap between 10.7 - 11.3 or 11.3 - 12.0 /s
it will probably be 12.3 tbh. Upgraded radar, better chassis and better (or similar at minimum) missiles.
